Kirsten, the manager at this Dunkin’, was unbelievably pleasant and professional. She was kind to everyone and created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere — truly a breath of fresh air compared to many other locations I’ve visited. As someone who also works in customer service, I can easily recognize great service when I see it, and Kirsten is exceptional. Dunkin’ is blessed to have her!!

Don’t come here. You will be waiting to even get a greeting for at least 0 minutes. The food takes twice as long for a simple doughnut. Skinny white lady with brown hair has massive attitude - she might be a manager but it’s unacceptable!

Ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese.

Received a plain bagel that had clearly been warmed in the by microwave bc it was hard and chewy. There wasn’t hardly any cream cheese at all. They also took a long time to screw up an order 100%

This location has consistently been like this with each visit. The one in Fayetteville is better.

The customer service was non existent. Whoever manages this location needs to terminated and they bring someone in who knows how to run a business correctly.

I pull up to the drive through and nobody seems to be working the intercom. After waiting a short time, I finally said hello. In response I get “Go Ahead” From the intercom. At that, I said, forget it and drove away. So rude!

I gave this a 2 star only because of the kid in the drive thru. He was very polite. The girl handing out items was rude, andbasically threw my bagel at Mr and slammed the window. Band the cream cheese was so thin you couldn'teven see it on the bagel. The service has gone to crap here.

You can count on terrible service every time- if they are open at all. Don’t go within an hour of opening or closing time because they will not serve you. I feel bad for whoever owns this store. They miss out on a lot of great business, but grateful other donut and beignet shops are open nearby!

Overall, a good experience. I’m not usually a fan of Dunkin’, but I stopped by with some colleagues and was pleasantly surprised. The espresso was enjoyable, and the donut was exceptionally fresh.
