I hate leaving a negative review but I hate seeing this wonderful place turning into a mess. I just ordered three cheese burgers as shown on their receipt. As the receipt indicates, “no tomatoes, pickles and relish.” It had all the three even though the receipt says otherwise. It was missing the sauce I asked for.
The plain cheese burger as shown on the receipt was missing cheese.
If it was a busy day, I could have given them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were under pressure even though it doesn’t make it right, but could be at least justified. There was barely any customer there.
I was standing and waiting for my food and they had it sit there. What is happening to this place? I guess they are annoyed with having customer?
I am a business owner myself and this place seems to be turning into a mess from a customer service standpoint. Totally pissed off.

We love five guys. It's one of our top burger spots. Unfortunately you have to sell a kidney to feed a family of four but the food is good. I love the fries and they have malt vinegar that I add to ketchup for an extra kick.

I give just one star to atmosphere due to the outside dining area being filthy. Patio and furniture in desperate need of a power wash. Food stain all over tables and benches and floor. Paper debris and tree debris all over floor as well. The day I was there the bathroom needed attention as well. Burgers and fries are great but not when you have to sit at a sticky dirty table and chair

The food tasted pretty good, but it DID NOT taste good enough for it to be a $12 cheeseburger… then, add another $8-9 just for fries? Wild…. These are just potatoes…. How is it $9 for a single regular order?

Every time I’ve been inside this PTC Five Guys, the whole team is always so kind and polite. They’ve always taken extra care of my take out orders. Tonight I had a delivery issue with DoorDash and Brett who I believe was the manager on duty was so kind he went ahead and remade my food since it had been sitting there for almost an hour before the driver came to pick it up finally. Thanks again for being so amazing Five Guys PTC!

It was funny. So i'm sitting at Five Guys, and as I'm eating my food, I'm looking at all these news articles saying how awesome Five Guys is and all this hype. But what I remember the most is looking down at my food and saying to myself, "is this the same burger they're talking about?". Now don't get me wrong, the food is indeed ok. However, now a days the look or appearance of the food is a thing. It's not enough for it to taste good if it looks like a hot mess. There is nothing visually pleasing about Five Guys burgers and usually falls apart after your second or third bite. So by the time you get to the end of your burger, you look like a troll eating mush from your bare hands. Again, I never said it wasn't an OK burger, and the portion of meat you get is more than most fast food chains. It is pricey, though. I had 2 other people with me, and we paid $70+, so there's that also. But what about the fries? Lol. So, at least the location in Midtown gives you LOTS of fries in true Five Guys tradition. The one in PTC barely had any overflow. Milkshakes were ok, but the straws they gave us were skinny, and it was certainly a task to get a sip. All in all, i probably wouldn't go back on my own, but I would if it came up as a suggestion during a group activity.
