It's always a pleasure going to this place. They even decorated my table as I was celebrating my birthday! Food and service amazing as always.

We had a great time at this restaurant. The food, staff service and ambience was great for our dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant as they met and exceeded our expectations.

I have been eating here since it opened 19 years ago. The consistency of the service, food quality, and overall dining experience sets this restaurant apart from most other local PTC restaurants! The Lemon Drop Martini & Grilled Shrimp are my favorites!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. There were a few large groups when we went, so the noise level was a little high.

Saturday night I took my brother in law and my son, Daniel, to Georgia Shrimp Co. for dinner and we had a great time. I had the Big City Spicy Pasta, Daniel had Grits Antonio, and Steve had the grilled shrimp and fried oysters combo. Everything was great. We also had fried Calamari as an appetizer. Service was excellent too. A very enjoyable evening, as usual, at The Shrimp!

The food is absolutely amazing! If you're second guessing this place... don't!! The food presentation, the taste, the flavors... absolutely amazing!!

I have been to the Georgia Shrimp Co several times and unfortunately my last visit was a disappointment. It took about 40 minutes to get water out table and drink orders and several minutes for the drinks to come. The waitress noted it being busy but there were at least 4 of the maybe 8 tables in the lower level that were empty. Top was about the same. Maybe they were short staffed. The waitress was nice enough and took time to get to know us and acknowledge my friends birthday. The food was not great at all. The rice was so plain and bland that it honestly resembled the minute rice you can buy at the store for $1. No seasoning AT ALL. My grilled shrimp was flavorful but had to keep adding salt to the rice which took away from the experience. No veggies came with it for $25. Just plain rice and seasoned shrimp. The other two guests did not like their food AT ALL. One had the shrimp scampi and the other fried shrimp with the bland rice. The drinks were good although was overcharged for the expresso-tini (menu says $9.50 but was charged $12). I let it go because I didn't want it to take another 20 minutes to sort the check out. I don't think I'll be back. Expensive for the lack of taste.

My experience was very good at the restaurant. I enjoyed the hush puppies, calamari and my fish platter. There were a few things that I probably would change the next time that I visit though. The potatoes and salmon seemed just a bit over cooked, and the basa fish tasted more like swai fish to me. So, I would definitely get something else. Especially since the menu has so many other options. I definitely will be back, because there were a lot of dishes that I would still love to try.

The food and the ambience was excellent as always. My family and I have been several times and now my wife and I have made this our favorite date night spot.

The BEST seafood all three of us have eaten in a long time. First time visit - we were attending a concert nearby afterward. A friend came from out of town; my husband and I were treating her to dinner and the concert. She and my husband ordered the trio of grilled & fried shrimp + fried oysters. I ordered only the fried oysters. We loved everything. The lemon rice was fluffy. My husband had creme brulee (his favorite) - he said it was delicious. We ordered cocktails that were also tasty. We had an early dinner, so not many people were there; however, I know it has to be more crowded as the evening progresses. The wait staff was friendly and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Definitely a great spot for a romantic and/or celebratory meal. Such a seafood pleaser!

This is the first time we've received such terrible service. We had to flag the waiter down for drink refills multiple times. My husband's appetizer came out with the meal. They gave us a free dessert but we were disappointed with the service. The food was amazing.

While the restaurant environment was clean and quiet, the food quality was average. I ordered the Peri Peri dish, which was recommended by our server. It consisted of chicken and shrimp in a red sauce with white rice, and I found it to be quite bland. My wife had the salmon, which she found to be pretty good but not particularly special. The highlight of her dish was the creamed spinach.

My wife and I dined here for a weekend getaway date night. Our server, Jeanie, was great - welcoming and attentive, knew the menu, was helpful. The music did not fit the atmosphere at all - full on guitar heavy rock/blues when we really wanted to chill and talk. It was off-putting to say the least. Drinks were good, shrimp was delicious. Would not dine there again.

Once again the food was excellent! However, the service seemed rushed in some areas and uneven in others . Our entrees arrived before we were half way through our appetizers. The bread service (4.00) consisted of 2 rolls. The server stated the rest were in the oven and would be out shortly. They came out after we finished our entrees after in inquired about them. Our wine order took a while to get to the table. It arrived just after the appetizers, although we ordered it as soon as we were seated. Finally, the server seemed distant.

The food did not disappoint. As a party of 4, 2 of us had their regular menu items: chicken/shrimp peri-peri and lobster thermador. Both of these were on point as always. Had to kick up the heat in the peri-peri dish but it had a great base. Our other 2 dishes were from their specials list including the basa and scallops dish and the whole red fish meal. All of the dishes were amazing but the red fish was the star of the show! If you want a great seafood meal with a good wine selection you should enjoy an evening at Georgia Shrimp!
