Food was great, service was beyond terrible. Had a party of 5. One person received the wrong ramen bowl which they offered to remake. Another didn’t get his ramen bowl until he asked about it, and by that time 3 of us had already finished with our meals. And to top things off, they took my friends order, but never made his food. They only noticed when they came to ask if we were ready for our checks. They couldn’t even get the checks right either.

Food was flavorful. Employees were very kind but the place was short-staffed. Food for our table took an hour to come out when the restaurant was at around half capacity.

The waitress was really friendly...she let me taste a peach sake sample. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was delicious!! I definitely will be visiting again to try out other items on the menu! The only con is that they only have one unisex bathroom.

Vegetarian options: There were many vegetarian options. And Gluten free.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu.

Parking: its in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking!!

Server was AMAZING. I didn't get his name but he had great energy and was very nice and friendly. Complimented my hat!Food was great. I especially recommend the tonkotsu ramen and taiyaki for dessert, but the saba shioyaki a la carte had more bones than I expected.Atmosphere was very nice. They played good music at a good volume, and the design of the restaurant felt nice and homey.Overall a great place if you want good Japanese food at decent prices.

I don’t even know where to begin. The service was absolutely exceptional. The absolute best Tonkatsu Ramen with Fish Cake, that I have ever had. The waiters were top notch and informative of the menu items. Friendly and inviting atmosphere, with the best imported Japanese beer money can buy. Sheer perfection. Just go already!

Out running some errands and PTC just happened to come across GoTo Japanese. After looking at the menu, my wife and I decided to give a shot, it sounded good. So glad we did. It was sushi as you might expect but Raman and other stuff. The Japanese fried chicken has the best crust on it, and the teriyaki chicken was delicious plus the ramen bowl my wife had (I'm not even gonna try to pronounce it) was off the hook good. But if you're out in PTC and looking for a good meal and a new meal, check out GoTo Japanese. You will not regret it.

I was very excited to visit Goto after seeing their menu. They have the most authentic Japanese menu I've seen South of Atlanta. Real ramen and katsu dishes, exactly what I crave when I want a good Japanese meal.Although their entry and hostess station was messy and cluttered with stashed tables and back room stock, the atmosphere was great and made me feel like I had stopped into a small cafe in Japan. The Miso Butter Ramen was delicious, assembled just like what I've tasted in Tokyo. I enjoyed the entire bowl, down to the last drop of broth. Served with a nice little salad, it was the perfect meal for a cold day.I can't wait to come back and try the rest of their menu!

Our experience at Goto was frankly awful. I try to find the silver lining in any situation and yet this was a flat bad visit. It was just a party of two for the evening. It started fine, but the waiter forgot to take our order after drinks, evident by after 25 minutes of waiting, coming by and saying 'oh have you guys not ordered yet?'. Both what my wife and I wanted was unavailable. After we finally ordered something else. We ended up waiting another hour before the Ramen came out, and it was not worth the wait. There were definitely two different batches of noodles used, of varying doneness, and there were several toppings missing. We both ordered the Miso Butter Ramen, and it did not have the corn, bean sprouts, or even the pork (the main protein) in it. We asked about the missing pork and after another 5 minutes they brought out two cold slices of pork for each of us.I'm usually so easy to please, but the whole experience was godawful. The service, the wait, and the quality of food. Just absolutely awful.

Goto is easily my favorite restaurant in Peachtree City. The food is always delicious and well prepared. To top it off, I've never had a bad experience with the servers. Right when you walk in, they are warm and inviting. During your meal, the servers are attentive and well informed when it comes to asking questions about the food. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience.

The kinchi Raman is very savory and satisfying. The ginger pork is the best with extra rice because I love the rice. I will return again.

I was excited about trying this place. Honestly kinda disappointed. It lacked flavor in my opinion. The kimchi was delicious was overpriced for the portion they give you. Overall I probably won't return. Servers were great. It's just okay in my opinion

Tonkatsu ramen soup was great, good amount of noodles. Liked the gyoza dumplings too, a little different seasoning inside than others I’ve had. Lunch menu was small but sufficient. The restaurant is so pretty inside. Convenient to get to on the golf cart. Will return!

A real Japanese experience in some way.... Over priced small portions. The tofu avocado Carpaccio was good. The Edamame portion was ridiculously small.Good ramena for my wifeNo so fresh Ginger pork for me, felt Microwaved all the way. Ridiculously small portion of seaweed salad..Most products were out, same for the beers on tap outage.keep it short, no chance for us to get back to eat at Goto; you should expect better for 35 a plate.by the way there is no sushi at that place. I am not sure why this came up in the description.
