Great American Cookies

We walked up to the door and the employee quickly walked up and locked the door before we could pull it. I looked at my watch and it was exactly 7pm. I get it you are closing but I was offended by the click of the lock and my kid was disappointed. It’s not like you have to cook anything. As a business owner I would not be happy with this staff. Aren’t you supposed to want to sell the cookies.

If you want a delicious cookie this would be the place to go. They have so many different cookies. Chocolate chip, red velvet, oatmeal and raisin, and many others. Give them a try the entire crew is amazing as well.

Very nice store. Our first time visiting. The young man greeted us and informed us once we are easy to order to let him know . The other two ladies that were at the counter did not. Cookies are always tasty!

Placed an order and was waiting on them to get it together and the girl or lady with the grey sweater on that said lor a bama or something like that. Was making cookies and rolling her eyes at me Hard for absolutely no reason. I shop here a couple of times a week. Never again.Why are you rolling your eyes at a customer that hasn't done anything to you

Ordered a round cookie cake on short notice. Went to pick it up and while looking at it the worker realized something was wrong on it and immediately fixed it. Very professional and did a great job.

I just walked out of the establishment. I walked and was greeted by a worker wiping her nose with BOTH HANDS! I asked her to wash her hands and she looked annoyed. I instantly said never mind and walked out to write this post. I was truly disgusted

The cookie place is a non tipping service. Take that off your screen as an option. ITS Sad for people that work in the industry you are suppose totip in. I KNOW ITS peachtree city and they will throw money at you - but it makes your customers feel obligated to tip.

This is one of my go to spot that makes me feel happy 😊

Terrible experience, staff was very rude especially the blonde girl wearing a camo hoodie. We placed an online order and they did not say they only take $20 cash or less. So when we went to pick up our cake and pay at the register that’s when we were told. They only had a small sign by the register not even one on the door. Very unprofessional and very rude customer service. Will not be back, a cashless society is not the way to go. When your cakes are $50 plus you would think that would be acceptable. Ashley park service was terrible so we’ve been coming to the Peachtree City location but guess they have all gone downhill.

Professional workers.. good cookies.Better than some of the more expensive stores

All of the kids, even the one approaching 30 next year, love birthdays for the cookie cake. The new owner seems to be doing a solid job, although she also seems stressed a lot. Hope she can get some good, consistent help. Quality is solid, every time.
