All of the kids, even the one approaching 30 next year, love birthdays for the cookie cake. The new owner seems to be doing a solid job, although she also seems stressed a lot. Hope she can get some good, consistent help. Quality is solid, every time.

I recently visited the store and they have removed all fountain and icee drinks. They had a few bottles of water and Pepsi in a little fridge behind the counter. The display counter looked bare and the cookies looked old. There were crumbs scattered everywhere and the display windows looked dirty. We turned around and left. Don't think this place will be there much longer. What a shame.

I've had cookie cakes from several grocery stores and Mrs fields. They're pretty consistent, decently thick, never dry, but cooked enough to not flop around when picked up. Great American cookie is about half the thickness and super floppy. When I paid $50 for the large sheet cake I was expecting the same area to contain about double the volume that I received. Decoration was nice, but far from worth the amount paid for a far inferior cookie cake. Would not recommend.

Ordered a cookie cake last minute for my daughter's birthday and was provided with great customer service!! I love this location!!
Walked into store at 2pm on a Tuesday wanting to buy a cookie/cake. Employee said that “we have no cookie cakes & we’re done for the day.” Can I order & pick up later? “No, we’re done; no more baking today.” Very flippant attitude; seemed to care less. Poor customer service! Will not return to this Peachtree City store as they obviously don’t care if they make any sales or not.

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with my favorite sugar cookie cake. He ordered in advanced with the request of no chocolate on the cake" I am allergic " . He goes to pick up the cake and it was covered in chocolate. When he told them of their mistake they said they could scrape off the chocolate. Again "allergic " followed by there was nothing they could do,but did issue a refund. Needless to say everyone at the surprise party loved the cake. Except the person it was ment for.

Customer service when I went in to order cookie was awesome, but when I picked up cookie, I was disappointed. It was not like I ordered it and “engagement” was spelled wrong, and the cookie was not fresh.

I called the location at the last Minoans they did not disappoint. The cookie cake we ordered for my daughter birthday was beautiful fresh and perfect for her slumber party. The color selection was very nice and the staff was as well. I will definitely use them again and suggest to others. Great alternative to cake.
