A usual expectation of a sushi/asian restaurant in a small city. I was promptly seated by a hostess,that was grumbling a full conversation with herself while seating me. I had a pleasant experience with the server. I ordered scallop,squid,tempura roll,and a small serving of coconut soup. The soup was surprisingly decent,seasoned. The raw sushi is my usual favorite from any sushi restaurant and it was fairly good(I just wish the soy sauce had a more prominent umami/salty flavor....

Ordered a to-go chicken fried rice. The price was inexpensive and the order was ready when I arrived. The atmosphere was really pretty. Unfortunately, the meal was not great. It was dry and bland. The chicken was too chewy to eat. Rice was almost burnt. Won't be going back.
