I picked up a large to go order for my husband’s wake. The man behind the counter and insisted on carrying it all out to the car for me. Food was fabulous! And the service was just as good

Absolutely ridiculous! Went to this place on a Friday at 2. Waited 20!!! Minutes for one meal. One guy inside waiting on one person inside and myself at drive thru. Don’t know where other workers were or the sense of urgency that is required when going through a drive thru. Won’t be back if I have a 30 minute break.

I saw that this was a new place so I decided to check it out. I pulled up and never mind about the long wait at the drive thru. At least 12 minutes in drive thru from ordering to getting my food and 1 car was in front of me. No one said hi or anything. I got to the window & he told me the amount. There was nothing pleasant about the employees nor my first experience there. When he gave me the food, there wasn’t a care in the world how it was placed in the bag or anything. I wasn’t impressed nor pleased at all. Customer service wasn’t there at all. The food was good, but the fries were a bit salty.

First time having this! It was yummy. Husband has it more often than I working in PTC area. Anyways, food was fresh, service was great (young lady at the front was helpful & her mother was kind, too!) thank yall for a great experience! Baby girl loved her food, too!

Drive thru says it closes at 11Pm on Friday. It's 10:13pm and they are closed. Bad business.

I don’t know about you but we went through the drive thru and it took 12 minutes just for two snack boxes

There was a van that ordered a gallon of sweet tea and like 10 boxes but we shouldn’t have to wait because of one car they could’ve just pulled over and given us our order

South point Ohio . They just opened so we went .. we ordered 5 of the 3 piece meals . we were told when we order 3 pieces of chicken , drink, toast and fries which I asked for coleslaw instead.for 9 $.. well didn't get the toast i. any of the boxes and the chicken was as big as medium shrimp .. the food tasted good however .price for what you got was way way to much

Can’t even get to my house terrible parking lot and traffic layout I’ve never ate here and so far it’s a terrible neighbor

I remember Guthrie's original chicken when they first opened their doors in Athens Georgia in the 1990's. Stopped by the Grayson Georgia and Hartwell Georgia locations recently and they do NOT disappoint! So much fresher and better than Zaxby's, who stole the idea! FRESH AND SUPER TASTY. THE BEST CHICKEN FINGERS AROUND!

I was in Peachtree city Guthrie’s placing an order when a black woman with red braids who seemed to be the manager started screaming at her employee for trying to make a cup of water. It scared me, I will not be returning.
