We discovered this place when we adopted a dog from the Refuge next door. This is truly some great BBQ. What seals the deal is the fantastic Brunswick stew! Our whole family loves it; even the picky kid!

The food is goodThe last time I went there I ordered 2 plates it comes with 2 sides when I got home they only had 1 side each and the lid on the stew was not put right and came off in my car all over the seat when I tried to call them about this they would not answer the phone I'll never go there again

Can't wait for quarantine to end. This place looks like a gem, as they have a small stage where they must host music events. Looking forward to more meals here! the only complaint was the sides were not amazing (I had mac & cheese and Brunswick stew)

I have been passings Hammonds for several months and stopped by today. Wow, some of the best BBQ and service I have found in the area. Brunswick stew was also amazing. Will be a regular stop for me!! Really nice outdoor seating area out back. Would have never guessed it from the road.
