“We visited this restaurant at 8:30 pm (closes at 9) when no one else was in the restaurant. I saw one of the employees tidying up as if he were prepping to close. We fully expected to get the unwelcome eye roll coming in that close to closing. However, the employee welcomed us with a big smile and hello that was really genuine. We had never eaten there before, and he happily explained the process to us. During that time a second employee came out from the back and helped him with our orders. He offered suggestions when he noticed us contemplating what we wanted. When we were debating eating in vs taking it to go because of the time, he again made us feel very welcomed to stay as he explained that they would be there cleaning anyway, so there was no rush for us to leave. As we sat and ate, another customer came in wanting a drink that they were out of. The employee took the time to make other recommendations rather than letting her leave empty handed after she said she only likes the one they were out of. Then another group came in, and the same employee joked with them that he should know what they want by now because they always order the same thing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if course he was busy making other customers feel special when we left. That didn’t stop him from yelling bye as we went out the door though. I never leave reviews, but these two employees were absolute gems who stood out in such a positive way that I am happy to take the time to leave this review. Oh, and the food was really good too!“
“L&L Hawaiian is a hidden gem of Hawaiian cuisine Peachtree City. Their Hawaiian barbecue is a joy for the senses, with perfectly grilled meats bursting with flavor. Only wish I had bought more food. The customer service is top-notch, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. If you're craving authentic Hawaiian food, L&L Hawaiian is a must-try. I will be back for more. “Been a repeat customer since the second week this location was opened. Service is always friendly and efficient. Never had a single issue with any part of an order. And everything on the menu is fantastic. These folks make even tofu taste great. Combinations are endless and sizeable. Thanks for being an excellent lunch/dinner option.“
