12/17 Me and my dad came here to eat. Only 2 other people in the restaurant. Pancakes came out with NO butter, waitress acted like she didn't want to be here, asked for a separate plate to put my pancakes on , so the syrup didn't run on my plate and she acted like it was not in her job description. I believe she came back once to see if we needed anything. Food wasn't hot. This is usually our favorite place, but thinking we will try somewhere else moving forward.

My nephew and I went here for dinner and this location was severely short staffed, which is not the problem. The wait to be seated was not bad. My nephew and I were the only African American customers in the restaurant around 7 last night(11/14/25) and after our food was dropped off, we were bypassed and ignored our whole time there, no refills, no checking to see if everything was ok , while the all of the Caucasian customers sitting in the same exact section as us and some even in another section were being checked on multiple times. I literally had to stop the manager to ask for a to-go box as he was flying past our table. I have never experienced anything like this but it was very disheartening and disappointing to be in that situation. Then the food was ok, we barely had a handful of fries and the fish in the fisherman’s platter was extremely greasy. My 12 year old nephew didn’t even enjoy himself and IHOP is literally his favorite restaurant. Very saddened by our experience and would not return again.

EPIC FAILURE TO HONOR MILITARY MEMBERS & VETERANS:
For unknown reasons the manager and MANAGER ALONE...IS VERY SELECTIVE WHEN APPLYING MILITARY DISCOUNTS.
There is no consistency or continuity when applying the greatest honor of all....especially when it comes to thanking military members/ veterans for there service and ultimate sacrifice!
I (myself) do not enter establishments throwing around request for any type of discounts or expect anyone to immediately recognize me as a veteran....AND I understand that establishments and there managers have discretion when providing any type of discount....THAT SAID...
AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER would illustrate/ display or post a sign clarifying the military discount policy for this specific location.
And not leave the application of military discounts open to speculation, disappointment, embarrassment or a misunderstanding.

Fast, friendly, attentive service and great coffee and food.
First off Alexis is the most attentive,friendly server. She was great with my 3 yr.old grandsons.. Having his food there before he could began to wonder. As for the. Food. Cinnamon pancakes. .. so warm moist. I had scr.cheese eggs sau.links and little potatoes.. Everything was hot fast and fresh. Like I had ate it while cooking. PTC IHOP is the place to be! Thank you all so much.

I went to IHOP today for lunch and wanted to purchase something off of this $6 menu. Everything had eggs on it, which I do not eat and I know some people are allergic to eggs. Hope they come up with a better $6 menu for those that would like to enjoy a reasonable meal for lunch. Even if they could have substitute it for something in the same price range of the eggs would have been enjoyable.

Did IHOP change the way they make the New York Cheesecake Pancakes or something??? Just placed a pickup order this morning and they gave me cream cheese in a cup instead of cream cheese bites in the pancakes. Am I missing something here or this is the new way of doing it?
