The absolute slowest Jersey mikes in the USA, no question. I've been a patron there and delivered door dash from here. Every time without fail picking up orders it takes at least ten mins after the order was due to pick up. I've walked in many times while guys and girls are standing there not realizing there's an order sitting right there in plain sight waiting to be made. Owner doesn't seem to care. I'd avoid this place unless you like an empty store but yet like to wait till Christmas for your order. Manager is a donkey. A corpse could make a faster sandwich.

I went in today to get a sub for me and my boyfriend, and there was a very rude customer that was yelling and cursing at the gentleman behind the counter. It was not deserved, but the gentleman kept his composure and handled the situation very well He then went on to make me one of the best subs I have ever had at a Jersey Mike’s.

Young lady at Peachtree City Cross Town on duty around 4 o'clock, Saturday Nov 18th had a nasty attitude. I asked her a question 3 times. Finally answered then put my change on the counter not in my hand, again with an attitude.

Avoid this jersey mikes at all possible, people are nice. Subs are not a true jersey mike sub. I have ordered from this store about 10 times. 9/10 orders have had stale bread, worst JM store I've had. People avoid this store on purpose which makes the bread go stale. Order if desperate and want a knock off JM sub.

This is the worst Jersey Mike's in Atlanta. The service takes FOREVER!!! They also are super stingy with meat. It's almost like thier slicer is set on half the thickness of most Jersey Mike's. Its all bread, not meat. Thier staff remains the same despite never being quick with anything and always seeming like they are lost. Horrible got to Sharpsburg location or other location in Ptree

There are literally no people in the store at the moment and the server/sandwich maker took 5-10 Minutes to come to the counter or greet me. Also, I ordered a number 9 gluten free giant and was told I can’t switch turkey for ham (which I have done at several other locations.)

I will no longer order from this location the way I was spoken to on the phone by a manager I’m in utter disbelief. I ordered through doordash and received the wrong food. I contacted them to let them know because the bag had my name attached with a receipt and the manager ( David ) if I’m not mistaken that was his name. Told me that’s not his problem , he doesn’t have time for calling about a incorrect order , he even hung up on me multiple times. I did not want a refund from door dash I just wanted to get the correct thing I ordered once I got off. But please be aware of this guy he is a loose cannon.
