Jersey Mike's Subs

Got “rotted” chicken on a sandwich and am now sick as a dog. Stopped eating it as it smelled bad.reporting to health board and requesting immediate inspection. Saving chicken for evaluation.

Food is ok. Service is notoriously bad. Arrived at 8:38 tonight. They close at 9. Walked in with my daughter and they said “we’re closed.” I commented the open sign was on and the website said 9… they looked at me like I had two heads and were rude.

I've been here a few times and the service has been mediocre at best. The employees seem less than interested in helping. I ordered a sandwich with oil and vinegar, mayo, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Oil and vinegar weren't even added, the onions had no flavor, and I had 3 banana pepper. 3! All I could taste was mayonnaise and salty turkey. The mayo was pouring out of the sandwich. My sandwich was almost $15. That's ridiculous. My 9 year old could do better.

This place actually closes at 8:30 even tho it says they close at 9. I wish the resturaunt i worked at could also tell people we are closed 30minutes before close but we dont. Came in at 8:33 was told they dont make subs after 8:30 lol

love this place! i go here all the time. i love me a ham and provolone. always fresh and great kind workers 💗

The manager Juwan is always so kind and helpful. He runs an amazing store and makes me my regular order without me even having to ask. It’s always delicious and I wouldn’t go to a different location because Juwan is great!

I LOVEEEE this jersey Mike’s. They always make my sandwiches so yummy and always so nice to me. And they have this one really cute blonde guy too, forgot his name so might have to come back more :) (I think it started with an M🙈)

The staff is horrible! I walked in, and both employees were playing on computers with headphones!! They eventually got up and asked, “What do you want?” I ordered my first sandwich, and then they both walked off. The female employee awkwardly asked me to pay. I was like, you took part of my order. After the eye roll, I walked out! I understand why they had no business!!!!

They don’t greet or ask if you are ready to order. They ignore you until you call them. Ruined my lunch for no reason.

I come here every week or two at about 7 pm with my daughter. The food is always good. Tonight, February 13, 2025, the place is half dark inside. The employees are standoffish, like I'm taking them away from going home. Mind you they close at 9 pm and it's 7:15 pm. They are clearly trying to close the place early by making it look like they are already closed from the outside. They are definitely irritated with out presence. Pretty weak on the employees and shows how the management and ownership of the place really are.

i made this review on yelp but i want to put it on google as well, well above my expectations, everyone was so sweet and so kind, warm and welcoming environment right when you walk through the door, and some of the sweetest food employees i have ever met! Tamar was the absolute best, it felt like i was talking to an old friend rather than someone taking my order, i highly recommend this location, definitely my favorite one!

Based on my experience at this particular Jersey Mikes, the service exceeded my expectations. From the food, staff, and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

walked into this location around 7pm. to find one employee sleeping with her head down on the counter and the other employee watching movies on their cell phone. OK after they gather themselves they asked us what we wanted to eat. Seriously my Lyfe had to repeat her order 4 to 5 times as as did I. I know it’s tough to find good help nowadays but seriously the worst part is this is just common about this location. I absolutely hate going here as the service is horrible and nobody seems to care. I would rather spend the extra 10 minutes driving to the other location in Peachtree city then come to this one my prices just stay away from Jersey Mike’s if you’re really craving a sub just drive three minutes down the road to the Publix
