Jersey Mike's Subs

Based on my experience at this particular Jersey Mikes, the service exceeded my expectations. From the food, staff, and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

walked into this location around 7pm. to find one employee sleeping with her head down on the counter and the other employee watching movies on their cell phone. OK after they gather themselves they asked us what we wanted to eat. Seriously my Lyfe had to repeat her order 4 to 5 times as as did I. I know it’s tough to find good help nowadays but seriously the worst part is this is just common about this location. I absolutely hate going here as the service is horrible and nobody seems to care. I would rather spend the extra 10 minutes driving to the other location in Peachtree city then come to this one my prices just stay away from Jersey Mike’s if you’re really craving a sub just drive three minutes down the road to the Publix

I called to place an order but was told I couldn’t place an order over the phone. I was driving home from the airport. The website said they close at 9:00. I arrived at 8:49 and was told they were closed. The employee was rude. Everything was put away and it was obvious there was no intention to be open until 9:00. Who closes at 8:50?

Not a fan of this location. The leadership staff are usually cold and unwelcoming. The sandwiches are not made up to Jersey Mike's usual standard of putting a little love in each sandwich. It feels as if its an inconvenience for the veteran staff to make your sandwich.The young kids working there are mostly happy employees but the leadership customer service and food execution is a big turn off. We wont be frequenting this location.

My experience was really good. The customer service was great and the store was clean. I ordered a cheesesteak and a turkey/cheese bowl. Both were delicious and even though it’s a far distance from where I reside I will definitely return.

Wow, got the big kahuna chicken cheese steak and darn, it was good! Also got an ice cold Celsius to wash down my GF snickerdoodle. Was pleasantly surprised by the food quality! Can’t wait to try the stickball sub. Looked delicious also!

I love the food itself so I keep going back, but the workers must be told during training to just stare at customers when they walk in and to mumble any questions about what they want. Because no matter who is working, that’s the service you get here. Every single person acts genuinely annoyed that you’re there. The only time they even slightly make eye contact is when the tip screen pops up. But I doubt most people are paying ten dollars for a sandwich that’s sloppily thrown together in front of them by a rude worker and then tipping on top of that.

You can’t make a hot sub at 8:30 (June 16 For GM reference) because you cleaned the grill? Clean the grill at 9:01 after you close. Lazy workers who want $20 an hour to not do their job. I worked at a JM before and nothing says you stop making hot subs 30 mins before close. Do better.
