I have no idea how the delivery pizza is because I could never get the app to work. By far the most difficult and frustrating app I’ve ever experienced. I picked other for “what did you get” because I didn’t get a thing…. It was impossible to reach the complete your order part of the app. Unbelievable

I'm not supposed to have dairy, but the Detroit style pizza here is worth it. Atmosphere gets a 4/5 only because there really isn't an atmosphere. If you're looking for pizza made quickly and accurately and just all around deliciously... get your booty over to Jets.

Absolutely the WORST pizza everthat I have ever eaten.
We usually get this when people come into town it’s always pretty consistent and this time was no different. I do prefer Partners in Peachtree City and also pizza 54, but when I’m craving a deep dish Detroit style pizza I definitely go to Chad like I said, it’s consistent. Good ingredients always on time. It is a bit pricey and they do not deliver to my part of town so getting up to Kedron is a pain in the butt all in all sometimes it’s really really worth it

Service is just not what it used to be. I've been coming to this location years. I like my pizza a little undercooked and requested every time I place an order. They are always very accommodating. ( Which you would think would be standard business practice.) This Monday I went there for lunch and placed my usual order. Unfortunately it came out well done and I expressed to the person that boxed it that I had requested it to be a little undercooked. To my surprise he was unwilling to redo it and basically told me to either take it or he would issue a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was the manager. I did send a message to their corporate office but heard nothing back. Guess they don't care about service either. Goodbye jet Pizza. Plenty of other Pizza places out there that would gladly take some business from you.

I have always raved about jets pizza but today I was sorely disappointed, dough was uncooked and barely palatable. Not something I want to experience again. Will not be ordering any time soon.

8/26/2023. Many visitsPlaced an online order for pickup. It was fairly easy to navigate the website and the order was pretty large. Built a large round hand tossed butter crust pizza with pepperoni, ham, hamburger, mushrooms and black olives. It was very good, crispy yet chewy. Large pepperoni 8 corner Detroit garlic crust was very tasty and thick. Chicken strips with mild buffalo and ranch sauce were perfect. The bread sticks with pizza sauce were just how my son liked them. The chocolate chip cookie with icing was a great sweet ending to an acidic meal. My only complaint is the ratio of meat to bread(pizza dough) on the ham deli boat. It looked and tasted poorly executed (see pic). Expensive but pretty tasty pickup meal.
