This jimmy johns has gone downhill on the past 2 years.. I understand being short staffed.. but they don't have regular delivery drivers and use uber eats now.. the past 2 times I've ordered delivery i have not received my food..

I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but the service has gone down a bit. I ordered online and called after placing the order and requested only two custom changes: cut it in half and put the sauce on the side instead of the sandwich (so it wouldn’t be delivered a soggy mess.) The man on the phone assured me of my request. Neither of those things were done. I didn’t think it was too much to ask for a $20 medium sandwich combo.

It was the middle of lunch rush when I came in, and there was only one person running the store. Will was polite, professional, hardworking, and fast. He kept apologizing for the wait, but it really wasn’t an issue. He was knocking the orders out, keeping the customers happy, and overall doing an amazing job. What a hero. Give that man a raise.

My sandwich was dry. The bread was good though....I had to come home and put fresher tomatoes and add more lettuce and etc. The problem is though you don't give options on cheese. You only have provolone. Ewww...I hate that cheese I had to put my own cheese on it at home. Please give us customers more options on cheese please. Thank
