Good atmosphere, friendly. Only complaint is the amount of garlic the cook used. Without any hesitation he used about 5 scoops of garlic (the minced garlic in oil that is very potent) on the rice and on the veggies. It was overwhelmingly smelling and tasting like rich garlic and drowned out the rest of the food. Also he greatly overcooked the veggies to the point that they turned black/burnt. Everyone was friendly, but the specific cook was 1 out of 5 stars. The review rating isn’t bashing the restaurant, just maybe use it as a warning that moderation of garlic is needed, so if you order something ask for LIGHT garlic or no garlic. I’ve gone to this chain of restaurants for years and have never seen more than 1 scoop used for the full tables order of rice.

I recently visited this hibachi restaurant and was shocked by the behavior of one of the managers. He loudly scolded his staff right in front of customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. It was completely unprofessional and ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. Staff deserve respect, and guests should never feel awkward or on edge while trying to eat. Management needs serious improvement in how they handle situations.

We frequentnhere here a lot. The staff keeps dwindle away though. I also don't like how they treat their staff, especially the non Asian staff

Don’t go here with tattoos and expect to be treated as anything but scum. I arrived before the rest of my party and since they refuse to seat you without everyone there, I wanted to BUY a sweet tea. Keep in mind I approached the manager (it was early and they had just opened, so there was no bartender or host to ask) with wallet in hand and asked to purchase a tea. He refused to sell me the drink. After I walked into the lobby (not out of the restaurant so I can still hear him speaking) the manager proceeds to talk to some staff. He proceeds to tell them not to sell me a drink because I haven’t been seated and I’ll steal the tea. I had my wallet in my hand trying to pay and made that very clear. I was treated like a criminal over a tea. My family and I will never come back here. Fuego Mar across the parking lot has good food and a whole lot friendlier staff.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Kobe Steak House! The food was delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was excellent as well — friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a memorable night out!

Amazing! I've never desired to eat at a Japanese restaurant. I decided to try it by it being my great nieces sweet (sixteen) birthday, and this is where she chose. Great choice, k-lo. I loved it. The food was awesome! My girlfriend & I will be visiting here again real soon. 🥰

Destiny, our server, made dinner so special with her amazing service! She was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Request her if you come to the restaurant! Paul made our sushi and salads, and it was some of the best food I’ve had in ages. What a great dinner!

Walked in to pick up my order and no one greeted me despite 3 people working in the front area. I asked to make sure everything was i in the bag since the paper bag was sealed. I was missing 2 items. I understand being busy but please pay attention to your customers
