Cook didn't bring out enough meat. Had to repeatedly go back to the kitchen. Then he got almost every order wrong. Cut off and discarded chunks of steak that would have been edible. Just an overall bad experience.

The restaurant atmosphere was nice, we chose to sit on the booth side. The server was quick to get our drinks but took about 10minutes to take our appetizer order, actually taking the order of the people who sat after we had gotten our drinks before returning to us. I asked what the chefs choice was for the sashimi and the server came back saying I don't know, then said tuna and shrimp..... So we ordered rolls. Had to ask for chopsticks and napkins, the taco appetizer had almost no flavor and the sushi we ordered was the same, very bland. There was no presentation , just food on a plate. The ginger was good, the sake was ok, the wasabi had almost no heat/just flavor, and the cuts were some of the worst cuts I've ever seen ( see pictures). The last 2 bites of the eel avocado roll were fishy.

We had a really long wait because we mentioned a seafood allergy and need a separate cooktop/sitting area from the other patrons that did have seafood. We waited for 1 hour! However, Terrell (Chef T) turned our experience around! Great job Chef T! We appreciate you!

Chef Vanilla Rice was by far the best Chef I’ve ever had! He was great with kids! My salmon was cooked to perfection and the Shrimp was amazing!

Atmosphere was amazing!! Our waitress, Hazel was an absolute sweet heart!Performance from cook, "Vanilla Rice" was spot on! had us laughing hysterically! It was my bday and I will definitely be going back

I just have to say ive been incredible sad, depressed and honestly not good, but i told them i wanted to see if they could do something to make me happy and they really came through just that was enough to bring me a smile and made me feel comforted again.. :) ? i would really like to thank in person for just noticing me, they could of just forget, whoever you are thank you ?

Food, service, atmosphere all great. I would want to go back but i was stunned, without telling you they will charge 2.99 per person fried rice charge on top of the hibachi dinner cost. I havent had this in any other hibachi restaurant.

Had a bad experience there for my birthday. The chef took our plates at the hibachi grill and filled with rice. Instead of scooping and placing on the plate she had her hands on everyone’s plate. There’s more that happened. Will place a formal complaint.

RACIST!!
Worst working experience ever watch out for these people!! At my interview I was told I will be a server the next day I came in hoping to get trained. I sat for 30 minutes reading over the menus waiting on that training only to be told I’ll be training as a host. Which is not what I applied for because I have no experience. After making 2 consecutive mistakes Johnny the short Asian server blew a fuse, goes into the kitchen and yells “THAT BLACK GIRL NEEDS TO GO.” “(MY NAME) needs to go” before he made the ultimate racial comment using the N- word. I had worked in many different diverse environments but never in any case have I ever quit on my first day. This is the most disrespect I had ever experienced in my life and a higher up shall be notified about this treatment. Please pay consider where you spend your money.
