Refusing to serve a kids' scoop of ice cream in a slightly larger cup—as if that $5 isn't enough to cover the luxury of three extra cents worth of plastic. Because clearly, watching it melt and drip down a kid’s hand is part of the experience. Of course, they’ll gladly give you the bigger cup… if you pay for the larger size—while still giving you the kids' portion. Makes total sense. Gold star for logic.

I just had the sweetest experience at Marble Slab Creamery in Peachtree City, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Heidi! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and kindness—it truly made my day. She was incredibly patient while I decided on my mix-ins (which is never easy at Marble Slab!), and she made my custom creation with care and a smile. Ice cream was excellent as usual, however place had a smell to it we noticed as soon as we walked in. If we didn't have young children with us we would have just turned around

Walked in and immediately hit with pungent odor. We turned right around and left to get ice cream at a different store. Adding this to our prior experiences is enough to not return at all, especially since new custard shop just opened not too far.

Felt like my order was purposely made wrong, she repeated to me what I wanted then proceeded to make the wrong thing and when I asked her about it she just proceeded to put the right ingredients with the wrong ones instead of remaking it and over charged me for the right ingredients added

I always loved the Marble Slab for their ice cream cakes. They always resembled the picture on their website, but this time, this was not the case. This was their version of Cookies and Cream. It was more like a Vanilla Ice cream Cake. I contacted the store and spoke with the owner about how disappointed I was with this cake. He said all he could do was offer me a $10 gift card. I accepted even though I was not thrilled since this cake was $40. This is going back a month and I still have not received it. When I asked about it, he told me it was mailed out. I tried calling again today and someone hung up on me. I will not be going back there. This is no way to run a business. Update I finally received the gift card.

The best ice cream place in PTC…service was friendly, stuffed the cup full of icecream to the point I said that’s enough, and tons of toppings. Very impressed.

Came in 2-11-24 even though the hours are posted until 9 they close at 7:50. I went and on the door it said open until 8:30 the doors were locked and two teenagers were in there texting on their phones mouthing they weren’t open. Kind of disappointing with the misleading times on the website and on the door. Why not show the actual times they are open for business and if business is closed why not state the correct hour for customers? Very disappointing.

Went there for first time, time says 9 pm closing. We're closed at 830, now I probably won't ever go again. Why can't anyone honor their hours!!!!
