I used to frequent this place weekly. While the food tastes average, I primarily visited due to health restrictions. Average customer service, although there’s one cashier that is very good. Recently had a negative experience, an employee threw my food away while I was getting a refill. The manager was dismissive, and made it clear I was not valued as a customer. Refused to consider compensation, did not even apologize! Considering the pricey menu and the lackluster experience, I will definitely bypass this restaurant. There are plenty of other places in the area to try. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I used to consider myself a loyal customer, dining here 1-2 times per week. While the food tastes average, I primarily visited due to health restrictions. The customer service is usually okay, with one young lady who stands out for her excellent service! However, during my most recent visit, I briefly covered my food to go get a refill, only to have it cleared away by an employee. Although the employee offered to remake it, I simply asked for a credit. Despite my disappointment, the manager refused to offer what the employee mentioned or any form of compensation, stating "you had a napkin over it, looked like you were done." She made it very clear, I was not valued as a customer. Considering the pricey menu and the lackluster experience, I will definitely bypass this restaurant. There are plenty of other places in the area to try. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

Staff are always so friendly! I use the drive up and my order is always ready whenever. I pick it up (even if I’m a bit early). Food tastes great and the salads are HUGE! Very well with the money! A+++

The sandwich was disappointing. The meat was sliced way too thick, gristly and difficult to chew. The amount of meat seemed skimpy. Nothing like the picture on the menu. We also didn’t get our pickle spear. Won’t be going back.
Food is good but service was a little slow. I think the owner of this location needs to have someone come in and consult with them on how to run their operation. UPDATE: The service was much better today. I hope this is how it works every day.

I ordered catering for 20 people very last minute, and they were so wonderful…particularly Stephanie! She called within the hour to verify my order and even noticed that I miscounted the number of orders.When she arrived with the order, she was so kind and pleasant, and even arrived a little early! Everyone enjoyed the meals, and high praise was sung about the fact that they wrap the pickle so everything doesn’t get soggy.I will definitely have them cater future events for us. This was hands down the least stressful catered lunch I’ve done.

What happened to the club looking like a club sandwich? A club should be made with layers and cut in sections like the picture displayed on the menu. Instead I received a sloppy ham sandwich cut in half. This was not the club sandwich that I have received in the past!
