I went there this morning and the food was freshly made and very good. My daughter loved the "fluffy" hotcakes. The Caramel Mocha was delicious ( not everyone knows how to make these well). I was told up front that it would take a few minutes for the food but thought it was fine because it was made fresh. The store scored a 98/100 from the health department so that's good. It was very clean and neat. I normally eat at Chick-fil-A for breakfast if I have fast food but I realize Chick-fil-A is a very tough act to follow especially as far as service goes. That's why I gave 4 stars.

This McDonald's is OK sometimes, but they need to pick up the speed. The wait time sometimes is over 7 to 10 minutes. Why do they call this fast food.🤔

Waited over 40 minutes for our food. They didn't have 4 items on their menu that morning. Then some of our order was seen setting on the counter for 10 minutes then handed to us with the other food. Food was cold.I asked the manager for a refund after 40 minute wait. She finally gave me the money back took the food away and put in the trash. I looked at her and said why did you do that at least I should get something out of wasting a hour at this point of my day away. I asked to speak to the branch manager then followed up with corp. Heard nothing else from corp. Never will I return. I was polite the entire time.

I wish I could post pics of the RAW double quarter pounder my kid got. Took it back, had them remake it. Second one was raw again. Grand Macs were made wrong (wrong patties), and the buns were stale. Had them remake those as well. Got the same burgers back with tons more lettuce and pickles added, but the same tiny patties on the same stale buns. Got several pics headed to corporate in an email.

This Mcdonalds is beyond sorry. There is one young woman there that is very pleasant.. She's literally the only good thing at this location. In takes a minimum of 5 minutes to get ANYTHING. Doesn't matter if it's just one sausage biscuit or one order if fries, takes forever. You're lucky if your food is hot. The drink machine has been broken for a week. I literally just went to this location at 3:40PM and the one person who was working looked up at me while she was cleaning and told me "they weren't taking orders at this time" ...Are you kidding me? Close this location down, it's worthless.
