Instant regret. I grew up on McDonald’s Big Mac. Every once in a while I get a craving for it and EVERY time I regret it. This time it was THIS location. Cold styrofoam fries. Stale bread, cold AND stale burger, not enough secret sauce. Basically a black, circular piece of styrofoam between more styrofoam. The girl at the pay window was very sweet. The guy at delivery window didn’t even acknowledge me as he was talking to his co-workers while he leaned out the window with my bag of food…TERRIBLE customer service!! I was against ordering at keosks and AI taking jobs; but I’m really beginning to rethink that stance. Great service goes a long way, even when the food is crap, it makes it go down easier. DO BETTER!!
