Worst McDonald's around here. Apparently a clown is running this one. Go to the one off of crosstown. You will definitely have a better experience.

I am very surprised to see such a low rating at this McDonald's because every time I have went there I've had an amazing experience not only with the staff but with the food as well. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this McDonald's because the food is extremely fresh and never disappoints. I wish that this McDonald's was closer to me, but the drive is worth it. Everyone at the drive-thru window is nice and professional and I appreciate this store

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles. First they handed me a bag with about 6 hamburgers. Then they handed me a bag with boxes of chicken McNuggets, then asked me to pull forward. When I got home my burger only had half the bun! It was just open with no bun on one side. Pathetic. If you call, the number has been disconnected.

Chicken not fully cooked on breakfast biscuit. Staff in a hurry to get you out of there which creates poor service , incorrect orders and bad food. If you bring it to their attention they act as if you are the problem. Very disappointing because this location is close to home

Could use improvements inside. It's sometimes difficult to find someone to come to the register. Having said that there service is much better than the one at Crosstown. I've started using the app to place my order ahead of time so it's ready when I get there. I'm using them more because they have great deals going on. On the app I've been getting $5 meals.

How can employees be trained if management is untrained and rude...
I got a Large Frozen Blue Raspberry, and it was more liquid instead of frozen. But, it looked frozen. It spilled all over my vehicle. It would not stop. I held it out the window until I could get back to McDonald's. When I got out of my vehicle, I saw it on the outside of my vehicle. I went back in and told them about what had happened. They fixed another one. I told the employee with the curly twist that it had spilled all over my vehicle, and she said she was sorry. I asked to speak with the manager. She went to get the manager told me she would be out. I waited, no manager. I asked about four different employees for the manager. All of them said she would be out. One employee told me that the manager was not there. I said the other employees said she would be out. So, he was not telling the truth. I waited around about 20 minutes, and the manager never came out to speak with me. I spoke with the employee with the curly twist again and eventually asked her for the name of the manager and her name. She told me. I asked her if the manager was just ignoring me. I said so this is how management here treat their customers. So, I left after getting the information I needed.... Customer Service is just not what it used to be anymore ? .... smh What manager behaves like this????

Worst place this McDonald's sucks everything I got there they never fail to disappoint I get a free large fry and I buy a number 7 meal I asked no onions or mustard only one burger had no onions and I got a small fry and medium fry which it was supposed to be two large fry like this place sucks I've tried to come back and get redemption but nah they don't surprise me don't go here go somewhere else... if someone wanna contact me back or email my order was 282
