This place sometimes is just a scam. Whoever runs this place shouldn't.
I will say the breakfast crew typically has their head on straight.

this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never gone to a McDonald’s and have had it half filled. it was over doordash so maybe they did it because im not there to say anything but how hard is it to fill it up. it’s almost like they did it on purpose or something because why am i paying for a large just to get a small. closest McDonald’s to my house so it sucks that i can never go there. why hire lazy workers if you want want to make money? you will continue to lose customers this way.

I usually have a negative experience. Out of the McDonalds around here, this is my least favorite one. The staff is nice, but this is hands down the slowest McDonalds. I have been parked for over 20 minutes before, sit (usually) more than 5 minutes before my order is taken, and even on a good day to get in and out of the drive thru can take 10-15 minutes. All the other ones are much quicker.
The food itself is fine, but they get my orders wrong, too. I've been to this location probably 6-7 times over the last six months and half of them were wrong, sadly. And why go back and try to have it fixed when it'll take another 15 minutes for my order?

Went through the drive thru on Saturday, 6/28 at 7pm. Me and another person sat there waiting for someone to take our order for ten minutes. Nothing. Decided to leave. As we were pulling around the building to go someone else, you could see the dude at the first window just on his phone scrolling, not paying attention. This place absolutely sucks. Do not go here.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in ga. I just spent most of my break trying to get my order right. Not only that my soda was completely flat coming out of the machine. Also I feel terrible for the front desk lady cuz she could barely speak English. And then as far as what I saw being verbally abused by a man in Spanish they were talking. All in all I will never be back to this McDonald's unless I see under New Management

I just need to say I went through their drive thru on 5.23.25 (right at peak lunch time) and was there less than two minutes, yet still had such an exceptional experience that I knew I needed to leave a review. Everyone was so kind, incredibly quick but careful, and those were the best McDonald’s fries I’ve ever had. It’s rare to feel like your food is prepared with much care these days, but the people working here deserve some recognition for being outstanding at their jobs👏👏
I asked for a extra Oreo McFlurry and got no Oreo, just out right lazy and disappointing

I order the same thing everyday. I don't have time to argue about my coffee. If I ask for a coffee with 6 cream and 6 suger. Tried calling to get someone on the phone. The phone number will not connect.
Updated. Again the same exact experience. Again a coffee with no sugar. What is the secret to getting sugar when you ask for it. Do I have to ask the manager directly to put sugar in my coffee in front of me? Why can I not have sugar
1.20.25 update Finally got my order correct. The new morning manager is doing great. Very fast service with correct order this time.
