I order the same thing everyday. I don't have time to argue about my coffee. If I ask for a coffee with 6 cream and 6 suger. Tried calling to get someone on the phone. The phone number will not connect.
Updated. Again the same exact experience. Again a coffee with no sugar. What is the secret to getting sugar when you ask for it. Do I have to ask the manager directly to put sugar in my coffee in front of me? Why can I not have sugar

Inexplicably closed for no apparent reason at all
This was once my favorite McDonald's. Twice now, they have forgotten to put anything on my burger. On the next trip, I received the sauce and lettuce on a big mac but no meat or cheese. Management said the new prep person has only been working for 2 weeks. How do you forget the meat, though đ¤

This store sucks ass. I have been there 4 times for breakfast, in the last 5 weeks. The dining room is never open. I've even tried calling before I've gone. And guess what, they won't answer the phone. I will never go there again. I will however make the 10 mile longer drive to the McDonald's in Peachtree City, on Crosstown. People are nicer and they care about their customers.

They always get my order wrong. The employees are very unfriendly. They open the window just long enough to hand you the bag and then they are gone. No napkins, straw, and again wrong order.

Waited at the drive through for several minutes. After no one came through, we pull to the first window (as the sign says to do if youre hearing impaired or the box is out). I could see several people behind the window, but no one came to it. I waited several more minutes and tried to get their attention, but no on ever opened it. I saw the car ahead get their food, so i pulled forward again (it had been 12 minutes of waiting by this time). Again no one came to the window and I waited several more minutes before someone FINALLY answered. There was no apology, no explanation... I was just told to get back in line despite the fact that's what I had done to begin with (and it clearly didn't work). Genuinely can't understand how McDonald's is still in business. Went across the street to Wendy's and had a great experience, so we will patronize there instead.

Breakfast was inedible
This used to be the best McDonalds in the area. Those days are gone. Placed a mobile order and the drive thru operator was whispering so we had to go inside. We then waited 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging that we were actually people standing in front of them. Then were told they havenât seen our order and had to start it all over again. Meanwhile there are people trying to patiently wait behind us who eventually leave realizing they donât stand a chance of being served within the next 45 minutes and can buy all the ingredients, take them home and cook it and eat it all before they would have been served at this âfastâ food establishment.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your employees, Tyler, the night shift manager at your McDonaldâs location at 986 Crosstown Rd, Peachtree City. On a recent visit, I observed that Tyler was not only rude and disrespectful but also used profanity toward the children in the play area. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially in an establishment that caters to families and young children.
Tylerâs behavior left the children feeling afraid to continue playing, ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable visit. When I approached him to express my concerns and request information for upper management, he refused to provide it, further adding to the frustration. There were no signs displayed to provide customers with contact details for assistance or to escalate issues.
