Food was good the waitress took for ever for everything won’t go back
. Took 40 mins to get my food I was ready to leave

15 minutes to wait sir, 40 minutes later, sir please be patient we need another 10 minutes. So we left.

So I rarely comment or leave reviews, and try to leave positive ones when I see fit. However last night was an awful experience at Outback. We typically go to another location but decided to give this one a shot. We called an hour ahead as calling ahead was an option. We get there and are told it's going to a little wait which was fine. We were there to celebrate our sons birthday and outback was his request. Anyway we waited for about 40 mins when I finally decided to again approach the host and ask how long more the wait would be (all while watching smaller and larger parties being sat whom walked in after us), she then stated and pointed to a table they were setting up that they'd be ready for us in just a moment. Again I still was willing to give this a shot. About 5 mins later she seats a whole other family that was also waiting a bit. Says nothing to me while we stand there! I then gestured for their manager to come over in which I explain to him what was happening, now at about an hour of waiting at this point. He begins to look around and sees a family being ready to leave and proceeds to then clear that table for us. We were finally sat over an hour of waiting. Once sat our server tried to lighten the mood but did nothing to acknowledge Wyatt had taken place. We ordered right away as our kids at this point were fussing and hungry, we then proceeded to wait almost ANOTHER hour for our food which comes out warm at best! We had sides missing, it took awhile to get any refills, our sons bday ice cream came out while he was still eating his dinner. Over all the experience was extremely disappointing and they've definitely lost us as a customer!

Ordered take out for me and my kid! You wouldn’t believe how salty the fries were for a child!!!!
Why would you put all that salt in a kids meal! The burger was over cooked! The food quality is going down hill at Outback!

My mom and I had an hr and half to spare for a quick lunch. We were seated immediately, and the server took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. We both knew what we wanted when he came back with our drinks. We both ordered the Alice Spring Chicken (my favorite meal). The food was fresh and hot. Just know that when you order from the lunch special, you will receive a chicken breast that is smaller than the average woman's palm. The breast were the size of 2 chicken nuggets stuck together. Other than the portion size I have no complaints. We were out of the restaurant within and hr.

The food was not great and the $23 pasta I paid for was kind of dry on top of that our server was not attentive to us and we waited 40 minutes for our food. Me and my friend also forgot our Togo boxes and she threw the food away immediately after we came back within 3 minutes. I was very disappointed. I have worked as a server in high end restaurants and they usually offer to remake food for paying customers. The service was not it at all.

They order online, and pickup needs some work. This is the second time I've ordered online, checked in on the app, and parked as instructed only to sit and wait an additional 25 minutes for my food that was already ready. The person who answered the phone was slightly rude. Needless to say, my food was cold as a brick when I received it. This process has got to be fixed

Outback is by far my favorite. Our office typically orders take out once a week. We barely order now because the quality has gone down on take out. Besides the fact we asked for no onion. A order of potatoes are 3.99. For $2 more it’s loaded. But this little cup filled with cheese and onion and 2 pieces of bacon. We use to order extra for almost $2 more and still hardly get a decent portion. I understand food cost. The first few times we overlooked it. Then started ordering extra. Now our office only orders once and a blue moon. Please take time to evaluate the portions. Or adjust the additional cost to compliment the skimping of bacon. No one wants loaded potatoes or baked potatoes with 2 crumbs of bacon.

Now, I know why Texas Roadhouse parking lot is always full on Friday & Saturday evenings and Outback Steakhouse is not.
First, Outback Steakhouse is welcoming place, I will give them that.
Service is simple lously. We were served by 4 different waiter(ess). Though, i had to ask them to bring the silvers after they serve the salad. Just dropped the salad and left without paying attention if we have forks.
Then, no napkins on the table at all. We had ask for it.
Then, my wife was served rare prime rib althougj she spefically asked for middle.
Second service of that prime rib was also rare again. Third time they finally get it right.
We asked for desert menu. Waiteress simply forgot about it. We asked again, by the time she brought the desert menu we lost our appetite for it.
I would leave zero tip. But i felf pitty for left her %17 tip nevertheless. Did she deserve it? Hell no.

I ordered $150 of food to go. Order was not right. Steak was way overcooked. I didn't get everything that I payed for. I am new to the area and love outback. But I will not be returning to this location.

First of all, we had a great server John. None of this was his fault. We waited all day to come because we wanted prime rib. We showed up when it was time for them to start serving. We got our salad, drinks and bread. Then someone (not John) came and told us we could not get prime rib because they didn't realize it wasn't cooking! It was my birthday (11-11-24) and that was what I wanted. We just ate our salad and left. They just charged us for the drinks but that is not the point. I could have eaten a salad anywhere.

Still a solid place to get a good steak.

My husband and I went here for date night, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter was very attentive and food was delicious.
