I love the wallaby darned, delicious! I did learn if you want the steak cooked right, order it more raw then you would like, it ends up being right! Other than that, it’s delicious

Lol where to begin — we should have known that it was going to be a problem when the waiter deleted my drink order & had to ask for my drink again, even though it’s Diet Coke & I said it like 2 mins ago. Fine, whatever. I ordered the coconut shrimps entree, but waiter put in for the grilled version. So wrong order. Utensils weren’t given to us. My husband had to get the ones from another table that was pre set up. I mentioned the food order was wrong & they tried to fix it — honestly just threw it in some batter and deep fried, again. I had this meal before & it wasn’t like this at all. Food quality declined drastically. Customer service was flat & monotony. My husband’s drink was mid — his cocktail was 99% juice lol. He ordered another drink but was forgotten, thanks lol. Waiter couldn’t tell us why or update us UNTIL bill came out, which by the way was wrong. Tried to charge us for the wrong meal order plus the meal we did wanted. Um, absolutely NOT. Lack of attention to details & customer service skills. Like you might as well clock out of work if you’re not going to be present. We won’t be coming back for awhile. Maybe when a new staff is hired lol. God bless.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. They brought the wrong food, didn’t give us utensils, and we had to awkwardly grab some from another table ourselves. Bread took forever to arrive, my drink order was completely forgotten, and at the end, they even handed us the wrong bill. The service felt careless and disorganized from start to finish. For a place that usually prides itself on consistency, this was an absolute train wreck.

A three star rating is probably a little too low, as the food and service were above average. But I was very disappointed in their new steak and cheese dip. The meat was not steak. It was clearly ground hamburger.
