No one was at the register. We had to wait a bit for someone to take our order. She didn’t even welcome us just stood there looking at us. We had four in our group 1 teenager, 2 elementary and one senior. Bill was $56 wow and I asked for crackers for soup and they simply said no they didn’t have any. Ordered a southwestern chicken salad - meat was prepared already and cold , corn was frozen. Ordered a bowl of chicken soup they served it in a bowl but it was no more than the dinner portion the bowl was rather empty. I wouldn’t go back.

I just visited the Panera bread and was greeted so pleasantly by Angel. Very professional young lady. During my transaction I asked Angel if they have MILITARY discounts. Yes proudly said yes and immediately went over to get the manager.

Once she did that, that’s when the business and customer service did a wrong turn. ASHLEY walks up and I politely greeted her she did part her lips to speak and had the nastiest look on her face as well as her attitude. This young lady is too young to be so NASTY.

I’m sure there have been several complaints about her. She definitely need some training if she’s going to deal with the public.

Parking: There were no handicap parking for those with disabilities and has the tags on their vehicles.

Kid-friendliness: Do not have small children.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this Panera for many years, and, they’ve made many mistakes before, but today was the last straw. First of all, this is the only bad review I’ve ever given, and they sure deserved it! For starters, my wait was 45 minutes, and, I get short-staffing, but that’s unacceptable. Then they proceeded to get my entire order wrong. When I asked them to correct it, they refused to fix my entire order because the cash register put in my order wrong. Usually they’ll fix it, no questions asked, but not today. If you like long waits, wrong orders, and zero compensation, then this is the place for you.

Stopped here for lunch and had a good time. My sandwich was fresh and delicious. My soup was OK. Service was slow. Overall place was OK. I paid 24$ for my soup and sandwich... kinda a lot.

While there must have been a mix up and our wait for food was quite long, the disappointing part of our experience was the way the older man (manager?) fussed at the three ladies in front of guests. These girls replaced the order, had it perfect and ready to go, despite a mixup and the order was doubled, and offered to bag it up for us. He, on the other hand, buzzed us up with no order ready, had no desire to find and put our food together, prioritized newer orders in front of me while I waited, and then didn’t even have the whole order after calling me up. He was neglectful and rude, then demeaned the employees who cared about the order. Kudos to the girls- this man can go!

Service is kinda terrible. I've placed a few mobile orders for a single drink and they almost always mark it as complete before they even start making it. One time I had to wait 16 minutes for my drink.

10/10 recommend!! The food was delicious, you definitely get more soup when you dine-in, which I will be doing more often because I LOOOOOVE their broccoli cheddar soup. ? the brownies were delicious, as well as the tuna salad croissant. ?
