I know this will sound Karen like however, when ordering on the app. I ordered a sandwich and drink. Easy, as I have done this in the past no problem. When the order showed up it was without the drink. The delivery person didn't know what to do so I said I will call. When the call was answered the person suggested for me to come get it after I payed to have it delivered. I wanted a refund after that. I did get a refund thanks to Michelle the manager. RUDE is all I can say. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Terrible terrible! Once you get in the Drive-Thru you cannot get back out. I sat there for an hour waiting on a simple order. No exaggeration. Was not the only one.
I asked the guy at the window what the holdup was and he said somebody wanted a refund (on 2 orders) up in front and refused to come inside and the manager wouldn't go to the window.
So the rest of us sat during their stalemate???
No discount and my food must have been made the hour before because I couldn't even eat the grilled cheese and everything was cold. $28 wasted.
Do better!

I ordered a sandwich and they messed it up in the drive thru and I didn’t notice until I was home. I asked for a refund because it wasn’t the sand which I ordered at all (mind you it’s $5) I called and they refused to give a refund (for what reason who knows) and said they would remake it. I asked if I could come anytime within the next week, they said yes that my name is written down. I went back and they had no recollection that that event happened and pretended I was trying to steal a $5 sandwich….? I spoke to an older black female manager and she was so rude and condescending. I genuinely think she’s taking that money for herself or something but it should definitely be looked into because I’ve never met a manager so defensive over $5. Employees aren’t nice, manager sucks, food sucks, don’t go(:

This is my favorite breakfast place for when I visit some friends down south. The baked goods are wonderful. The sandwiches are lovely. The service is quick and easy. Very clean. All in all, a nicely run place.

Check your order before you head out. Great customer service. Wait was long for a salad with 4 ingredients. Giving it 3 stars because I paid $10 for a salad and it was the BLT parm salad and it had NO bacon. Not one piece. I as not happy. Could not go back as I was working a grabbed it through the drive thru.

The atmosphere was great and welcoming. The restaurant was clean. The employees were nice and courteous. The only negative thing that I have comment on is, the bread. The bread crust was really hard, but soft on the inside. I didn’t like that, they did not wrap up the bread. Instead, it was just placed inside of the bag, along with my salad. That’s not good for sanitary reasons. The salad (Caesar Salad with chicken) bowl was not full at all. It was only 3/4 full. It was a full sized salad, but the bowl and the portion was not adequate…Along with the cost.

Skimpy salad served here. I added rice and faro for an upcharge and got about 10 grains! Seriously, these are not expensive ingredients, fill the bowl please.

My family came in for dinner tonight. We were greeted at the door by the manager, with the most warm welcome. He was cleaning a spill from a previous customer, held the door open for us, offered that guest another drink and then led us to the counter to place our order - it felt like red carpet service. We went to register, and were greeted by a smiling young gentleman. Our food came fast, and was outstanding! As we were sitting and eating, the manager , came over checked on us, chatted with our family and made sure our food and experience was a great one - we’ve come here often and never experienced service like this. In fact, we had stopped coming a couple months back because service was not the best. This manager said his name was Fish. My wife and I cannot say enough great things about his 5 star service, truly not what you’d expect from a Panera, respectfully. We put out dishes up, and were getting ready to leave, the front door was even held open for us. THIS facility needed this Managment. We will be back… likely to our regular scheduled programming of 2x a week. Keep up the great work and I’m certain our community will come back here!

Today was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order and waited 1 hour before I ask when would the order be done. The manager an African American girl stated to a new young lady we haven’t gotten to it and she can just wait. I asked how long it would be as I did not have another hour to wait she brushed me off and used profanity. I then asked for a refund she stated I will get to you when I can I am not doing that right now. I left and reported this to my bank to receive a refund I will never return here and this area we live in is so much about community this manager does not deserve to serve anyone with such a negative and disrespectful attitude. I will spread the news to all the community to not spend there money in an unwelcoming environment.

This was my first time at this location. It will definitely be my last!!!! Although the food came out fresh, my concern is the service I received. I came with my niece, it was 8 of us. We arrived at 8:15. We were told that because they closed at 9pm, our food would automatically be placed in to-go containers. My family and I did not have a problem with that…UNTIL…… a family came in after us, ordered their food and were served with dishes. The same dishes we were told were not going to be used because they were preparing to close!!!!! How crazy is that???? If it is the policy, it should be that way for everyone. Racist perhaps!! Definitely not a misunderstanding!!! I’m so disappointed!!! The only difference between me and the family that ordered after me is the color of my skin!!!!! My niece loves Panera so much that she chose to come here for her birthday with the family, all 8 of us!! To witness, injustice and unfairness on her birthday is hurtful. I will not be back!!! Make sure you think twice toooo!!!! We spent nearly $100 here! What a terrible experience! Do better management!!!

Update: while typing this post the manager came and apologized stating she will speak to her staff. The manager said that was unacceptable and we shouldn’t have been told that. I told her thank you for apologizing. HOWEVER, it was the staff that stated they were instructed by management to tell us we would have to use/eat from to-go containers! She offered to give us some free pastries. We declined and politely left. There is a lack of accountability somewhere. Nevertheless, i can find other establishments that will accept my money and my family.
