Too expensive, not good explanations to the questions we had about products.

This place is filthy. I went around 10:30 am and it was obvious it was never cleaned. The employees don't even speak to you.

If you would like to get the correct/complete order you payed for I would suggest going somewhere else! Also, if you expect any kind of customer service when informing them of their mistake, you would be sorely mistaken! Terrible experience! Would not recommend!

Absolutely terrible.

I’ve ordered here twice in 2 weeks and they both and it was messed up both times

1st order was missing ingredients on a salad and had a hair in it.
2nd order salad was missing ingredients again. And they put pork on a my vegetarian sandwich. I do not eat pork and was very upset.

Never again. I’ll just go to Publix across the street 🙄

This place has the NICEST staff I have EVER encountered and Cheryl is just THE BEST!!! I was having an absolute crap day and she MADE MY DAY with her kindness 💗 💕 💖

The drive through here is terrible. I never knew it would take someone 25 to 30 minutes to make a sandwich and put soup in a bowl.

Everytime I come to this panara bread it’s always something I show up today at 10am and the store isn’t open for me to get my morning bagel now I gotta go somewhere else and be late to work

We drive-thru this Panera just about every weekday morning and obviously, we love it. They’re usually quick with getting our order out and the food is good quality.

The people at the window are always pleasant and polite. Lillie, in particular, is always friendly and delivers service with a smile. It’s nice to start our day out interacting with someone so happy to do her job. She has a change cup that’s adorable and funny, I gladly put my extra change in. I hope she changes it up every week, just so I have another thing to look forward to coming to this Panera drive-thru.

Overall, we really enjoy this Panera Bread Company and its excellent service.

I ordered an iced coffee and croissant. After receiving my food I asked the croissant be warmed up, to which the staff told me to go heat up my own food in a microwave hidden under some cabinets. After asking for this, a female staff member in the kitchen turned around to gossip about me to her co-worker. How rude and poor customer service to be gossiped about in front of my face and refuse to complete a simple task. The store was not even busy.

And Kevin for an awesome service well done as well as the back of the house TEAM food was fresh hot and good and even the blueberry lavender drink for the first time was phenomenal. I will be back my new spot and new location has just changed to Peachtree City keep up the good work may God continue to bless your establishment and I pray that you get some great workers hired on
