Papa Johns Pizza

Ordering to this place is like playing a game of Russian roulette you never know if your pizza is gonna be good and crispy or Cold soggy, most of the time being 2nd option, I used to always order here (usually delivery) and whenever I do, most of the time either my pizza is cold or it’s the wrong order, one time I ordered pizza and some cookies and when I opened it, half the pizza was gone and someone took a bite out of one of the cookies, I asked the manager Linda and she said She would see who Took my delivery and tell Grubhub about it, Spoiler Alert: They never found out who took my order, and since that day I haven’t ordered from this place (that was 13 years ago), Now even though that was so long ago, I just want to give people a head’s up about this place, just don’t eat here and the guy I delivered from is long gone (not dead). Nowadays I just Order from a different and way better papa john’s up in Tyrone ga, I don’t care how long the drive.

I typically don’t do reviews, this was was a situation that could have been resolved cordially. Ordered two pizzas and wings and received the wrong order. No problem, when we called the restaurant to speak with the manager Aniyah to resolve the situation she said I will have the wings right out, since that’s all we were missing. But the pizzas were wrong and the other customer was affected as well. An hour later the wings showed and extra pizzas. We paid for two medium pizzas and an order of wings, ended up with 2 large and two medium pizzas and wings. Bad service ends up being free food so do better papa John’s on crosstown Peachtree city. And as a manager on duty don’t hang up when someone is speaking, very unprofessional. The second round of food was great!

Had a delivery, wrong order due to wrong name on box.

Called and spoke with manager Aniyah and she was extremely rude. Said there was nothing they can do for the inconvenience. Her response was “well we are remaking it.” Absolute JOKE!

She then hung up on me! Customer service these days is a thing of the past!

I will be calling corporate. This falls back on the GM as well for allowing their “managers” to treat paying customers this way. #Sarah

I pick up doordash from this location alot and eat here. Best papa John's around always on time and pizza is always the best.

Takes over an hour last two time I came for carry out! The estimated time was 1 hour later and when I arrived still wasn’t even in the oven! Ridiculous! Either hire more help or pay more to get better help!

I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and it was NO buffalo sauce inside my papadia was dry😡if ur menu item is listed as "buffalo" then that's what I'm expecting if I wanted a dry sauceless papadia I would've ordered that I didn't get what I wanted nor paid for DO BETTER PAPA JOHN'S😒.

Never order online at this location. On 2 separate occasions the pickup time was off 30 mins and then 1 hour. They will tell you 15 more mins and then you come back and they will say 15 more mins.

Always friendly faces, good pizza at a good price.

Parking: Maybe 2 or 3 spaces to pick up in front of the store. beware of golf carts that don’t pay attention

Yesterday, On Halloween, I made the last minute decision to grab a quick dinner, As did all of PTC. The wait time was very long but i was given updates at least 2x prior to my order being done. The entire team was working their tails off. Handling the volume like true champs. As a manager of many restaurants myself, I could feel the stress they were under and I just hope they celebrated when the night was done. Not many good compliments come across on reviews but I wanted to express my sincere thanks for making me and my husband dinner.

Two consecutive great experiences. Pizza ready in the time given, good quality and very nice workers. They even decorated for Halloween and gave treats to my kids. Good environment, I will continue using this location.

The New York Style Pizza is awesome!!!!! If you haven't tried it yet give it a try. I always call the store and carry out. The employees are great.
