Our first time here and we had a great experience. The pretzels with cheese sauce were amazing! We also had mozzarella sticks, pepperoni calzone, and meatball sub. The portions were a great value for the price. Also, our service was fantastic! Definitely going back!

As always food was delicious. I ordered on the partners website and paid online when I placed the order. I got a call that they were going to make me pay for the add on charge for chicken when I picked up the order. I explained that I was charged correctly when I placed the order on their website. When I picked up they wanted me to pay again for the complete order on the register where the itemized receipt showed 2 charges for extra chicken. I had to speak to the manager. She said they always make people pay TWICE for chicken. So I won't be using their website to order again.

An utter disappointment. We are new to PTC and were told we HAD to go here for dinner. I’m not sure I’ve ever disliked pizza. I mean, I love almost ANY pizza I can get my hands on.But believe me when I say this has to be the worst pizza place I have ever been to. The pizza toppings tasted like leftover frozen veggies from Walmart overstock, the crust was tasteless with a weird texture. The restraint was dark, dingy, and the service was slow even on what we would consider a slow night.We really wanted to like this place, but with so many other delicious pizza restaurants near by, we are gonna pass on this one every time.Not to mention the price for what we got was astounding! Paid over $65 for 2 small pizzas and a drink! Yikes!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza crust was just plain awful and EXTREMELY expensive.
