I used to enjoy coming here a lot! This summer I was looking for places that had cheap deals on food during the week so I could treat myself to a $30 ‐ $50 meal on the weekends. Tuesdays having $5 Tacos was a done deal.

One Tuesday night I come in a little before 8:40 PM & was told by the manager/bartender that I could only get it to go. I had wanted to enjoy it briefly as it was only a taco at the restaurant. But I said okay.
Soon after, I watched waiters in the dining area seat guests & take new orders that were for here. A table of four receive their food before I did, but I didn't say anything.

Then, they brought out the taco, and it was for here, even though they stressed it was going to be to go. I had long let go and forgave the situation mentally. However, during my most recent visit, the same bartender/manager was complaining to the cook. Who's been there since it was Willie & Jewels about how I only order 1 taco, that it should be 2 tacos months. I always give them $10 for the taco & the tip.

So I don't get why she's bitter months after the fact. Given that fact I'm giving you almost an 80% tip. What would she rather me do order 2 tacos and give them a 10% tip? I do instacarts, so I work for tips too, and I understand how it is. This is why I like the convenience of being able to eat something fast and continue my deliveries.

I've been wanting to go back but every time I do this person and the experience they create makes me choose otherwise. I was in the hospitality industry for over a decade and if I treated someone like this. I would expect to be fired! And I wouldn't dare talk about the previous situation within earshot of the person.

This was my first time experience this restaurant and the food was definitely 10/10. Erica was my server and she was very friendly and nice. O am truly grateful for great seas food as well as excellent customer service, job well done.

This was our first return visit to PTC Seafood after being away for several months and the experience was extremely disappointing. Our service was impeccable for a server on here 2nd day on the job however the food and preparation was less than stellar. The smoke fish dip was runny and actually a crab dip as we were told, I ordered the 3 premium fish platter. The fried flounder was bland with not seasoning, the broiled grouper was over seasoned with lemon pepper, and my fried oysters were under cooked, I had to send my broccoli back because it was old and yellow. My wife had the crab cakes and they were bland as well but tolerable for her. The best part of the meal was my Miller Lite. Maybe new ownership or new persons in the kitchen. We will not be revisiting.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Trey was our server and he delivered everything perfectly. He was engaging and attentive. While dining here we had the Po Boy and a shrimp plate. There weren’t any cooked sweet potatoes so we had French fries instead. I chose collard greens and they were pretty savory. Hats off to the chef! I look forward to a return visit with Trey. The music offers something for everyone as the genres are quite varied. There is one thing that they can improve on. The tray that holds the sugar and sugar substitutes was 😱! Please clean them- they are so gross. We still like you- just do better. I will attach the pics. The Georgia Shrimp Company is filthy and roach infested. You are surely picking up their customers. Please don’t let the small details slide because they add up. Your customers are counting on you.

We've been here several times now and it's always delicious! Do yourself a favor and try the grilled gator bites and the blackened trigger fish!

Great atmosphere. But the food was terrible. I i got the cc crispy calamari and seafood linguine was tuff and cold. The calamari was chewy and not crispy. Maybe the chef was having a bad day. I will try again,so hopefully this changes

We had an excellent meal tonight. Everyone loved our meals (grilled trigger fish, fried grouper, fried shrimp and burger). Service was fantastic. We’ll be back

We got the fried platter for 2. The fish was perfect, we give it 5 stars. The shrimp were good but a little over cooked, 4 stars. The oysters were small and way over cooked 2 stars. The clams were sliced thin and so over cooked to the point they fried into the batter, terrible not even 1 star. Whomever cooked this platter clearly needs training, the fish was very thick and probably that is what saved it from being over cooked.

We wanted to eat dinner somewhere new-to-us tonight, and we hit the jackpot. Trey W. was so wonderful - attentive, engaging, informative, and went the extra mile. We will be back.

My wife and I both got a combo. We both had fried shrimp and grilled fish, she had trigger I had grouper. Everything was good except the grouper which was tough and tasteless.
