We visited this restaurant at 8:30 pm (closes at 9) when no one else was in the restaurant. I saw one of the employees tidying up as if he were prepping to close. We fully expected to get the unwelcome eye roll coming in that close to closing. However, the employee welcomed us with a big smile and hello that was really genuine. We had never eaten there before, and he happily explained the process to us. During that time a second employee came out from the back and helped him with our orders. He offered suggestions when he noticed us contemplating what we wanted. When we were debating eating in vs taking it to go because of the time, he again made us feel very welcomed to stay as he explained that they would be there cleaning anyway, so there was no rush for us to leave. As we sat and ate, another customer came in wanting a drink that they were out of. The employee took the time to make other recommendations rather than letting her leave empty handed after she said she only likes the one they were out of. Then another group came in, and the same employee joked with them that he should know what they want by now because they always order the same thing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if course he was busy making other customers feel special when we left. That didn’t stop him from yelling bye as we went out the door though. I never leave reviews, but these two employees were absolute gems who stood out in such a positive way that I am happy to take the time to leave this review. Oh, and the food was really good too!

They have the best boba in PTC. ESPECIALLY when the two young gentlemen are working or the older sweet Asian guy. Best service and drinks ever. And they make their poke bowls better then island fin… last time I went to island fin they charged me for stuff without letting know it was gonna be a charge, the avocados were a dollar extra and they were mushy and black looking.. gross.

Always one of my favorites when in town. Just wish the Ahi was larger in size can barely taste it with all the other ingredients. Spicy ahi seems like it's ground instead of chunky pieces. Overall still a good dish just not like an original.

I can't really complain, cause you'll pretty much get what you expect. The fish was fine. Not insanely marbled, you could tell it came from a generic hunk of salmon loin, nothing insanely flavorful. But over all, my bowl was good and I would eat here again!

We placed a catering order for 45 boba teas for a party we were hosting. The manager Amber want sure the boba would be good if we picked up around noon and served around 4-5pm. She decided to test out how long the boba would taste fresh for after making it and called me back. We decided to pick up at 2:30 instead. They did run out of boba to complete 10 of our teas but Amber offered to deliver them to us when the boba was done. All the teas were amazing and our guest were so happy and loved the teas! Amber ended up bringing the rest of the teas right before we were going to put them out so they worked great. We really appreciated their commitment to excellent customer service and quality products.

She greeted me and showed absolutely no signs of frustration with my order. Amazing energy. Superb customer service! Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience on my visit today! ❤️

Fresh ingredients custom mixed as you like. Today my wife had a poke bowl and I had the Tonkotsu Pork Belly Ramen. Both were very good, we would definitely order the same again!
I've been coming to this establishment since they've closed the one on Moreland Ave never had a bad experience until now. Vince gave the worst customer service ever will not be returning.

i love this place! it's the best place to get poké, they have unique options that a lot of other places don't have. i will say it is a bit on the expensive side but it's worth it (I crave this place everyday). you can get it cheaper at island fin poké, new Publix's have poké bowls now for like $10. their boba is TOP NOTCH ive never had a bad one, i recommend getting low sugar like 25% it's healthier and you can taste the REAL flavor. the service is the best they're always so nice about things and always greet you. for example they forgot my scallops and put shrimp instead, we went back in and they gave me a scoop of scallops in a little clear bowl. i love poké bar

If you do you order online, submit the order by 6:30 so they have time to prepare your meal before close, otherwise they may not make it. (That happened to me before) They should really disable the option to order on the website after 6:30. The service is fantastic, the ambiance is chill and welcoming, and the people are so so so nice. I highly recommend checking this place out.

We also had the ramen, and although I’m not a soup kind of person, this can revive a dead man! I have not one complaint or suggestion. The service was also phenomenal. The gentleman at the counter answered our questions and described the flavors we asked about so well that we were able to choose the perfect base for our ramen. We also went out on a limb and tried a sauce for our poke that isn’t traditional thanks to their printed sauce recommendations. It will be my go to now. I’m super happy with the experience and will be back.
