I’ve been to many Popeyes, this one seemed so well managed and clean. No wait and my food was hot. Kudos to the manager and team. They are definitely on top of things.

This location is truly one of the worst I have visited in a while. The manager Ms. Daphne that was on duty was very rude and disrespectful and had no sense of damage control or how to fix a problem. She raised her voice several times across the counter asking “What do you want me to do?!” Or “I am trying my best!” She was very unorganized and did not apologize for me waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru and another 10 min at the counter due to having to come in after the worker at the window stated “I’m sorry, but she (the manger) messed up your order ma’am.” All of this for a 5 piece spicy chicken meal. Not to mention the poor sense of urgency that was present with the manager and her workers. This location needs to improve their training techniques with customer service and understanding how to properly handle conflict resolution, and not getting upset when a customer asks “How are you going to fix this or make it right?” Hopefully improvements will be made soon because this was just ridiculous.

This has to be the worst location. There is never the smell of hot chicken being made. After a few failed previous visits, I went again last night because the Publix deli was closed. The surf and turf should have called the dried up small fried things with a crunchy tail. The tenders were horrible. The best part of my order was the ranch dressing. This is normal. The staff was on their cell phone in the drove thru, which prompted me to inside, hoping I would be get better food and service. Nope! This is my last time giving my money to this location and having to throw away half my order away. Don't waste your money!!

Went thru drive thru, ordered fish sandwich, specifically ordered classic was repeated back to me, and ordered unsweetened tea. Got spicy fish sandwich with ginger hole in bun and sweet tea. When tried to call site had to have personal id code to get thru.

What is wrong with this location! They can only get my order correct 25% of the time the last 8 times I’ve gone and I order through the app. Even when I order through the drive through they can’t take pickles off a sandwich. This is pathetic and I’m never coming back. Fire whoever is at a 1st grade reading level.

Went into this Popeye’s about a week ago and requested my soda that was left off from the the last time I was in this facility. The brunette girl at the register insisted for to get the drink for me, when I opened the lid it was definitely dishwashing liquid and water, it was bubbling pink. I took a picture and poured it out to get my strawberry soda which is, of course red.This place is awful, check your order because she purposely left off my cajun rice because I stood there when she asked the guy (her coworker) to hand her one.The young brunette is truly awful!
