SO. GOOD. I tried 3 flavors here - white chocolate peppermint, lemon sugar cookie and salt & brickle - and all were delicious! You can tell they're made fresh and with good quality ingredients. I hope this shop will do well in PTC because the ice cream is fantastic!

Ice cream is my go-to for sweets so always seek out the best I can find. Was visiting PTC and loved the ice cream here. Great flavors. Visited twice in two days. The ladies behind the counter were very customer friendly when we showed up 5 minutes before they closed.

Rock Salt's ice cream is so delicious - creamy, and flavorful!! And it's served in a timely fashion! Eat indoors in a comfortable space or outside in the great outdoors at one of their tables. Wonderful experience!

Awesome ice cream. As many free tastings as I wanted (I asked!). I know it was a Wednesday afternoon but I still think there should have been a couple people here. Many great flavors (vanilla was right on). Congenial, helpful young lady behind the counter. Large space with plenty of seating.

This place earns every star and more. Two teens working the counters who were cheerful, respectful, informative, and generally on-it in a way many adults are not. The ice cream was fabulous with a great blend of unique and traditional flavors, great consistency, and made fresh from scratch waffle cones. We will be back!
