We showed up last minute and the lady was so nice to us and patient while we picked out cookies. She also let us know about the gluten free cookies every week.

We stopped by to try these cookies, they were really good except for the snickerdoodle one. It seemed like somebody mistakenly put salt instead of sugar in that batch, they were completely salty!! The other ones were good thought. I just have to say that Crumbled Cookies has a better presentation for the same prize, these cookies tho, are more like cookies you will make at home, so that was nice.

I don't live around here but I go to the chiropractor a few doors away from this cookie place. I went here a few months ago and the cookies were good. I came in yesterday and got a box of 4 big cookies and they were amazing!! Especially the warm chocolate chip cookie (chef kiss)! The girl was sweet and provided great customer service. The place is really clean as well. I stay 30 minutes from here and it's worth the drive to come get cookies even though we have a Great American cookies near me. The quality is so much better!!

Would have loved to try their cookies but was refused a sample. I probably would have bought at least a half dozen but I need to try them first! What really turned me out the door was the attitude from the teen behind the counter, saying "OMG...They're cookies!"Bye Felecia!?

Cookies were way to dense for my liking but my family enjoyed them. Place was spotless inside which I loved.

Very clean store, and the cookies were fantastic! I can tell these are from scratch, not a frozen dough. I will be coming back for more!

I came here today and got 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip cookies. First my cookies were not warmed when I received them. The white cran was okay, but I didn’t like the chocolate chip cookie. Very oily and the dough was simply not good. As I looked through the reviews, it seems it’s the constant complaint. Maybe they should revamp their ingredients and customer service because it’s definitely mediocre at best for what they charged.

The girls working in the store were sweet. We got 2 chocolate chip cookies, one red velvet, and one m&m. All of the cookies tasted exactly the same with a slight difference in add-ins (same dough but the red velvet had 0 chocolate and just tasted like the chocolate chip cookie dough with red food coloring). There's also a weird artificial after-taste in every single one of the cookies that tastes like store-bought cookies with preservatives in them, which I wouldn't expect from a place that claims to make their cookies fresh. I'm also reading responses from the owner to the complaints about the cookies and there are some pretty rude responses to legitimate complaints (telling someone to schedule a covid test because your cookies lack flavor? What?)

Love this place! Cookies are huge and always delicious and the workers are always so helpful and friendly! Store is conveniently located by Kroger which makes it hard to not stop by lol. Love the different flavors and cute designs they always have too. Will definitely keep coming here any time I am in need of a warm cookie!

If you like cookies that aren't so sweet you can only manage a bite or two, this is it. Not over powered by sugar upon sugar.

The chocolate chip was really oily and the batter didn’t have any flavor. It was like eating oil and chocolate lol the snickerdoodle cookie was ok.
