I can't think of the last time that I left a negative review. I usually try to highlight the good of each place that I visit. Well, the staff was great; the food however... I got the new Shane's loaded fries. They were cold (about the only food I can't eat cold is fries) and came with no ranch, one of the key ingredients. My daughter ordered wings. She was charged an extra $2 for flats - that had no meat on them. I rarely complain, but this had to be brought to someone's attention. When I showed them to the only staff member we ever saw, he was apologetic and shocked at how measly these wings were. He brought us a new order of wings, just as measly. He apologized and said that he didn't know why all their wings were so small. Management - if you can't serve a quality product, then say that you are out of it. Don't offer poor quality food. Shane would not be happy if he saw those wings.

Veterans Day 2021! Great service! The TWO employees that were working this morning deserve a raise!!!! They worked very hard to handle the line that was to the front door along with online and call in orders! Kudos to them!!!

Ordered a sampler take out. Chicken was NOT done in center ribs were dry and hard They failed to send the BBQ sauce as ordered on side also failed to send salad dressing ranch for salad also no salt pepper silverware or napkins. The greens were tasty as was the baked beans but As for me and my household we will never order from here again.

Great experience! Good food served quickly and correctly by polite and attentive staff. Location is clean and well organized. Have been to this location many times in the last few years and have always enjoyed the food and service.

The chicken was not very hot/fresh, we had it dipped in buff-q sauce however there was not very much sauce on the chicken, I had to ask for extra cups. The fries were not done all the way they were cold in the middle but hot on the outside. This is my first time visiting this location, I've never had this experience at any of the other locations.

Stopped in on Sunday for lunch. Ordered the pork sampler and smothered pork sandwich with fried okra as a side. Order was taken timely and food arrived quickly. Staff was kind and helpful.

Well, my last 2 orders with Shane’s were correct. That’s a new record for me. Not so for tonight. This evening I ordered 2 smothered pork sandwiches. They were cold and not wrapped. I had to put my wife’s sandwich on a plate since there was no wrapper. Mine too. This kind of defeats the purpose of take out. I wonder how the Fayette County Food Inspector would think of this. Several days ago, I ordered 3 hamburgers from McDonalds and each was individually wrapped, not thrown in the bag. Why do you do this? This restaurant needs some serious training. The food is usually good, however tonight it was cold and sandwiches thrown in a container, not individually wrapped. Mr&Mrs Edison, get your act together, or sell your franchise to someone who can serve the Peachtree City community better. Seriously felt ripped off by the chicken tenders I got. I remember Shane's chicken tenders being huge and meaty. These were absolutely tiny and 70% fried. Very little chicken. I can't believe they actually served it to us.
The ribs are the best I've had that were not home made.

Peach Cobbler was amazing! I had the Buffalo cheese fries or whatever they are called. Was good. was a little bit pricey but the girls were super friendly.

Worse experience ever ! Waited 40 minutes outside in the heat on the patio because all of the tables were taken ….went inside to get our order to go…..noticed everyone behind me in line had their order and the reason they had tables because they had someone hold one while in line which erks me to no end .

The food was good, but the service I received last night was terrible! I placed an order to-go for 2 baby back ribs full rack plates with 4 sides. When I arrived with my father to pick up the order, we were told by the staff that the entire order would only come with 2 pieces of Texas Toast. However, I inquired on how essentially the order was supposed to come with 4 pieces of Texas Toast (this was always the case on all my previous orders with 2 full rack plates). The staff assured us the order was complete, and was only supposed to come with 2 pieces of Texas toast. When I arrived home, I realized that the staff failed to provide the complete order because 2 out of the 4 sides were missing.When I drove back to pick up the missing sides, the staff guy behind the counter made a sarcastic remark about how he was wondering if I would come back for the missing sides. Ironically, the bag with the two missing sides also contained 2 additional pieces of Texas Toast. This tells me that these clowns are either ignorant of the menu, intentionally lied to me or don't give a sh!t about their job.Careful! If you ever order to-go from Shane's, make sure you require the staff to double check your order for completeness and accuracy. Otherwise the order will be screwed up, guaranteed!

Peach cobbler is awesome when they have it. Chicken wings are kinda bland. They often don’t get the order correct. Service is so so. Ribs are great!
