City Sweets made my 3 layer wedding cake, our unique grooms cake in the shape of a large dumbbell, and some cake pops. They were not only beautiful, but delicious. We still go back and get cake or muffins in the same 3 favors of our wedding cake...Yummy!!!! City Sweets made our wedding cake last October and exceeded our expectations not only in design but flavors as well! Everyone at our wedding LOVED the cake and raved about the flavors-we had a funfetti type flavor that was a hit! City Sweets was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in the planning process knowing exactly what we would need in terms of amount and they would need as well. They were patient with us as we worked through design and you could tell they are seasoned veterans of not only the wedding cake industry but the sweets industry as well!

I needed a unique groom’s cake for my son’s wedding. He raises chickens and wanted a 3D cake in the shape of a chicken. I had placed an order with another bakery until they called me 3 weeks before the wedding and said they couldn’t do it. I called City Sweets and they said they could make it. It was totally amazing! Everybody at the wedding was talking about it and stood in line to get a piece of it. It not only looked great but tasted great too! It was definitely a big hit. Thank you City Sweets!

Went to City Sweets today to have an edible image printed. The product had a black line through the image, which was not acceptable. The owner Karol said that the line was due to the printer she uses - ink jet. I asked her to reprint the image, after quite of bit of hesitation, she reprinted it on the same page and partially covered up the original image, which would not allow me to use the image at all. She refused to print another copy and said I could pay $5.00 for it (original price was $10.00). Why would I purchase a product that was not acceptable and pay any money for it?? As I was speaking to her, she walked away. I suggested to her while she was walking away that I hope she doesn't treat all her paying customers like this. What a horrible experience. I would never use this establishment again!

I ordered a graduation cake for my daughter and her three other friends combined party. The lady completely messed up the cake and make it all white and boring when we asked for a blue ombre cake. We went to go pick it up on the day of the party and saw the mess. The lady was very rude while we were there and was yelling at my daughter and not fixing it the right way or at the very least didn't even give a discount. I gave them business so much by going back and placing a cupcake order as well. I regret it a lot the cake ruined the theme of not just my daughter's party but also three others. My daughter cried out of there and she still didn't apologize but asked if we even paid for it as we walked out. Very Rude service and not good work at all. Don't recommend.

I ordered a graduation cake for myself and three other friends for a combined party. We agreed on a blue ombre cake to represent the college we were attending. The day of the party I go to pick it up and theres no blue on the cake at all...... Its all white and looks like a wedding cake a child made. The baker was not even present at the time of my pick up. When she arrived I told her this is not what i ordered and she made up excuses on why she didn't do WHAT I HAD PLACED IN THE ORDER. i had asked her if she could fix it but she said all she could do was add blue sprinkles. When it came to paying for the cake she did give any discount at all and rather said that i didn't have to take the cake even after previously paying half of it. she kept saying that she had told me that a blue cake would make peoples mouths blue but that was false because then i would have never agreed on a whole blue cake. She then only took of $10 for the ombre which definitely does not help that she ruined a grad cake for four graduates. She started yelling and blaming everything on me and was being super rude and just ended up leaving with no apologies. I trusted them so much and even went back to place an order for cupcakes and bout a few things every time I went in but they have horrible customer service and their work is not worth it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Now all 4 graduates won’t have the cake they wanted and it’ll feel like a wedding... my sister left crying and all she did was take $10 off she was only worried about her other wedding order but not for the $450 order for GRADUATES this is a big deal like this cake is not worth the 450 more of $200! And who cares about parents coming mom was always on the phone when we came to the bakery so parent was present..and these are graduates they are moving out they are practically adults now not little kids.. never giving business here ever again! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have lived in the area my entire life and never known about this place. it is totally amazing!!! it was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted a fondant cake. I had no idea of what to ask for but the ladies quickly helped me decide and I ordered cake. I wasn’t sure how it would taste but I knew it would look beautiful. much to my surprise it looked beautiful and tasted amazing. we hardly had any left at the end of the party!!! They have cake pops and delicious cupcakes I highly highly recommend giving this place a chance. I will go back for all of my future events!!!!

Karol and crew from City Sweets are the best! From the very first phone call I made to City Sweets, Karol and her crew were very accommodating! I told them what we wanted, our budget, decor, etc. and they went above and beyond mine and my fiance's expectations! I learned so much from Karol about cakes. My fiance and I had been to couple of cake tasting before we chose City Sweets and NOTHING compared to City Sweets! From the taste of the cake, to the way it looked, etc. We did a cake tasting with 5 different flavors. We chose Key Lime, Red Velvet, Champagne & Strawberries, White Almond Sour Cream, Double Chocolate and which ever one it was had the most delicious icing! NOTHING COMPARES TO CITY SWEETS! Whatever the occasion is, if you are looking for a great place with equally great tasting cakes, I strongly urge you to try City Sweets. Not only did Karen I mean Karol chose sarcasm and a disrespectful tone to handle an issue, she also chose to hang up the phone on me. I paid $360 for a cake that was delivered at an incorrect time, with nothing to cut it Karol also made an “executive decision” to use dirty decor flowers I had to decorate the cake. My cake was covered in flies and I had nothing to even cut it with. I am baffled that this is the way a business owner would handle any type of issues. Horrible customer service.
