We took our dog for her first Puppocchino and it couldn't have gone better. We sat out on the patio and everyone was so welcoming and friendly!!We will definitely bring her back!!

The only Starbucks on the south side wherein if you order oatmeal they charge extra for blueberries. They refuse to even listen and would not provide substantial info that this was policy. So if you order oatmeal with everything be prepared to pay extra for blueberries ?

I don't even know where to begin. I love this Starbucks and all of the wonderful employees! They feel like family to me. I visit this Starbees every morning (sometimes afternoon too) and most of the employees know me by name! They even have my drink order memorized. (Not a simple one either)My drink is always made right and the service is always fast. The customer service here is amazing! I could be far from home and will drive the extra miles to MY Broken Bow Family because I would feel un-loyal and sad if I didn't! Special shout out to Christian, Troy, Sam, Stacy, Isabella, Ms. Robin AND a few other special employees that know my name and order by heart! Thank you guys for making me feel so welcomed. ❤️
Love Starbucks! Everyone there is friendly, great customer service! The breakfast sandwiches and protein boxes are not bad. The pastries are excellent too as long as they are not sold out. It seems this location sells lots of pastries. Many times I've been there during the day and evening and half of the selection is sold out. Brownies, chocolate cake pops, cranberry bliss bars. Probably most important their coffees are spot on almost all the time. Hopefully they will have more soon. Still really like Starbucks and will return.

Customer service here is always excellent they try their best and are always kind and respectful. They get my drink right most times and when they don’t I don’t even mind cause they’re too sweet. And I know they would try to remake it. Who ever is in charge is doing a great job of this one.

This was my first time at this location. Since it was Red Cup Day, I didn't want to wait in the drive- thru, so I placed my order ahead of time for store pickup. It only took 6 minutes and was ready when I walked in at 7:13AM. The inside was decored nice, and the staff were very welcoming. I'd definitely be back again.
