Jony, aka, the lady that knows her policies, treated us with extreme disrespect. We spend at least $300 a month at Starbucks for someone to make me chug my matcha and give her back her cup to throw away so she can give me a .50 cent refill on an ice tea. What a joke.

Craziest thing I've seen. Went inside to enjoy my usual Venti drink and was told they didn't have Grande or Venti lids, so only Talls were available. Ok, no big deal. While I'm waiting, I see larger sizes being made right and left. I asked, "What's up? Oh, we only have lids for Mobile and Drive Thru orders!" What in the ever lov'n world of Willy Wonka kind of logic is that? You're telling me I can step aside and Mobile order a Venti, but because I'm standing in front of you, they're not available. This is like an episode of Seinfeld. It seems this Starbucks predominantly caters to Mobile and Drive Thru. I've noticed most walk-ins here get treated like they have the bubonic plague! Sad. I've been here several times, and it's always the same. Drive thru and Mobile orders going out like crazy, while people who came to simply enjoy an inside experience are left hanging around like felons awaiting arraignment. I'll go back to the one at Kroger. They're prompt, courteous, and actually take care of their customers. This place, not so much. Simply "Bad Juju"!!

I ordered online and when I showed up they told me I would have to wait 40 minutes for my drinks despite me physically standing there. Meanwhile if I had gone through the drive through I would not have had to. Then they were no help with a refund, they couldn’t even provide me with the help number. I won’t ever be going back there. Nothing is worth a 40 minute wait, worst Starbucks location ever.

Miguel was so pleasant and kind while taking my order! The white chocolate mochas and chocolate croissants were fantastic!
Not the best experience , it was this guy making the coffees that was totally rude to me when I asked for my mobile order that I was waiting for more than 20 min ? He answered me with a nasty attitude “I’m 20min behind, it’s coming! “ and he threw my drink in the counter. If you don’t know how to deal with people, my friend I think Starbucks is not your place

The worst starbucks I have ever been to. They are always rude. I don't know the guys name but he always gives me an attitude about placing a mobile order and not waiting until the pick up time before waiting in to 10 to 15 min drive thru line. Even though by time I get to the window it is well after the pick up time. My drink would be melted if I waited. It's is only that one guy that gives me an issue and is so rude.

Shows open at 7:30 on a Sunday morning and no one is at the store. I can’t attest to the quality or the service because no one was there when it plainly states they are supposed to be open.

I told the woman at the counter I was severely allergic to an ingredient they’re using for a lot of the fall drinks and the woman brushed it off and told me they didn’t have anything like that there (it was on the big menu right in front of my face). I had to reiterate myself three times before I felt confident they wouldn’t kill me via cross contamination.
