The food here is fine, if a bit pricey. But they're cutting corners on everything.
No waiters. You scan a qr code on your table to order. Get your own water. Bathroom was filthy and almost ran out of toilet paper. Tables were grimy and not cleaned well. Tables and seating are also spaced poorly. Hard to get in and out. You have to sit on the very edge of your seat.
The menu is full of pictures generated using AI and do not actually represent the food you receive. For example, the sesame chicken has broccoli in the picture. No broccoli on my plate. Probably illegal.
If you want this food get it delivered or take out. Inside of the restaurant is forgettable.
Edit in response to owner: if no tip is required you should change the checkout process. I was asked to tip. Consider that you have a restaurant in a location where people's expectations of a dine in experience are quite different than what they find in this restaurant.

The experience that we got was great!!!! Fresh food, seasoned to perfection! Healthy, very clean. Very hospitable and welcoming. Every entree was delicious…I can’t stop going. And the drinks are delicious. I love it.

The staff are very friendly! I stop by there once or twice a week to grab their drinks or an appetizer. Personally, I recommend their Thai tea and Lychee tea! Vikki (I hope that spelled her name right) makes them most of the time, and they are very refreshing. I also love the Dragon roll and Georgia roll!

It's a convenient place for me to grab boba on my way home from school! I really recommend the Thai tea, and the portions are pretty good! They do seem a bit understaffed though, so it might take a hot second to get service. Otherwise, love it!

The food was very good, I’m vegetarian and they had a lot of good options.
The manger was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend.

The food was really good. It came out only a few minutes after I ordered. I got the Seoul bowl. I would highly recommend that menu item to anybody.

While their food is EXCELLENT, their service is POOR. The touch-screen kiosk is finicky, and you can’t get a receipt because it is not only out of paper, the feature to text you a receipt doesn’t function either. When I got home, I discovered that they had not given me all I had ordered. When I called them to ask for a refund of the difference, they said since I didn’t have a receipt I had to talk to a manager but that she was unavailable. Exasperating! Insist on getting a receipt. Check your takeout order carefully before you leave the restaurant.
Update: I stopped by the restaurant 2 days later and the manager was apologetic about my experience and gave me a refund for the part of my order that had been botched.

Food is amazing!! Best Asian food ever. Always fresh sushi and fresh piping hot food. I recommend all sushi rolls. And they have wonderful drinks and juices again all fresh fruits are added.
