It’s rough to go into a shop and not be able to buy anything. I understand it being 8 minutes to close but if that’s the case why not close at 7:30? To clarify I could not buy anything but lemonade because everything was already shut down. This is the third let down for this shop. I really just wish it was better

My order was taken with no issue, and the young lady was very kind. Prior to completing my order I had asked her if she had Nutella and she said no (which I understood). She also added that she’s never made an açaí bowl before (not the best choice of words). She proceeded to make the bowl (açaí bowl with strawberries, bananas, almonds, granola, honey & peanut butter) but while preparing the bowl she mentioned she didn’t have bananas, when I asked if they had blueberries she proceeded to say no (only fruits they have listed btw are bananas, strawberries, and blueberries). I was not happy about this but she did make the açaí bowl already so I told her it was ok. I decided to have a taste of the açaí (which was watery and tasted chalky) and it wasn’t the best, so I asked for a full refund and gave the açaí back. I was told by another employee that because it was already made a refund wasn’t possible. The manager was called and the refund was given. I rate this experience a 1star because I think there should be a thorough evaluation on ingredients being in stock before customers go through the hassle I went through. The girl was very nice but I think this should be a learning lesson on being thorough and better customer service skills.

The boba is so watery. I tried to give this place a few chances but it’s so bland. They need to add more milk to the drinks. The atmosphere & service is great though.

I honestly have enjoyed the drinks I have gotten from this place WHEN I have been able to. They are often closed when they have hours or they can’t serve the drinks even if they are open. They ought to prep their materials BEFORE they open.

What I love most about this place is how customizable the bowls are. You can choose from a variety of toppings to make it exactly how you like it. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. They clearly take pride in their menu and making sure each bowl is made with care. I highly recommend giving the acai bowls at Sweet Tea Lounge a try. It's become a staple in my weekly routine!

The peach lemonade I just picked up is the perfect example of why this place is so great. It's so refreshing and flavorful, I can't get enough.

You can tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients and take the time to craft each drink and bowl with skill and passion. The service is also top-notch - the staff is always friendly and happy to customize your order.

Came into Sweet Tea Lounge for the first time and I ordered a Mocha Thunder. This was the BEST drink I've ever had and the ambience was amazing! I also tried their Acai bowls and they were made to perfection. Everything was so good and the shop alone was such a vibe. Plus the employees were super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and i will definitely be coming back!! This is my new favorite boba shop in town!
