Cramped..pallets sitting in the dining area, drink machine doesn't work, lady and two children waited approximately 45 min for her food and when she asked about it the cashier was extremely rude. Very unorganized, very unprofessional...avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 burrito supremes they were both made wrong they were cold we also had five tacos the shells were fresh and the ingredients were fresh but it was cold nobody wants to eat cold food I wish I had read the reviews on the Google before I had went to this particular location I will never return again

In town on business and I have order 2 times from here via uBerEATS. 1st time around, missing 2 tacos, but food was decent quality. Things happen. 2nd time around, missing the drink, 2 tacos that are suppose to be with the taco and my added on nacho fries. Also, a taco in the bag was pretty much not even wrapped and was all over inside the bag. The Mexican pizza, it seemed like they forgot beef, its just refried beans mashed in it. No more Tacobell for me here.

Placed an order to pickup in store. Got there and walked in, after waiting for 5 minutes to talk to an employee one finally spoke to me and said I had to leave the lobby and go to the pickup window the lobby is closed. Don't understand how it's closed if the doors are unlocked. I went around to the pickup window and was handed my order. I told the lady that it had a drink with it, and she told me no it didn't. I showed her the receipt and the drink was magically sitting next to her. Get it together!
