I wasn't aware of that. I ordered my food I received my cold food. Didn't have time to go back due to me being on my lunch break. As I was leaving out a young man and young lady come from the back, sat down where people eat every day and started to braid his hair...Not to mention there were people actually sitting down eating at that moment...Disgusting !!

The food is pretty consistent here. The wait on a weekend night tends to be a bit long. I waited in line for about 30 minutes Friday night so I am knocking off a star.

Genuinely terrible experience. No clue where they find the people to staff these places but it’s gotten out of hand. Insanely rude staff, awful food preparation, and above all else forgot my drink. Whoever is managing this establishment needs to lock in because this is heinous.

The service was amazing! Even though we did drive-through we could tell that there was a warm and inviting atmosphere that is not commonly found at a Taco Bell. Nolen patiently helped us with our questions about the food. The food was amazing!!!!! If you are looking for a amazing Taco Bell, you just found one

This is the second time we've placed an order through Instacart/Uber Eats where they have been too busy playing around, goofing off, and generally not bothering to do their jobs that we've been told they didn't have our food and asked if we had the correct location. Will be using a different location next time we choose Taco Hell, or we'll go to Moe's or a different Mexican restaurant. Last time, my husband had to find our food in a bag not labeled. He was told that the employee would have to check if it was his, then she walked off, got her own drink and went to play around in the walk-in with the other employees while he waited. He finally just took the food. The food is generally excellent. But the service is essentially nonexistent. Would. NOT. recommend!!

Just as good as when the original opened back in 62’! I usually go through the line fairly late as I work odd hours and the night staff is always so nice to me. I notice that it seems like there is only 2-4 people and wish they could get more help. I would love to be able to continue enjoying visits to this location as I do now.
