Horrible. Ordered from Uber eats. Was excited to see they had a veggie burger, so thats what I ordered. I wish I would have looked this place up before ordering. First, I would have never ordered from here had I know that it was part of Smokey Bones BBQ and second, definitely would not have ordered from there after seeing the reviews. Outside of the burger is soggy and wet, its falling apart in my hands and the inside is completely dry with no flavor. Fries are soggy and cold, and the coke came in a warm can. Called the restaurant to let them know and I spoke to the Manager Chris. He said sorry, but since I ordered form Uber Eats there is nothing he can do. He didn't sound too concerned at all. Terrible food, terrible quality and terrible management. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere, but here. Absolute waste of money. The reviews say it all.

It definitely was an experience, just not a great one.Both Burger Experience and Wing Experience are shadow kitchens operating out of Smokey Bones.The time I ordered through DoorDash, the order was completely wrong and after taking off the bits we didn't like we STILL got sick from it.Do. I did a curbside pickup order of the cheeseburger combo. When I received it, there was no toppings except for the cheese. I went back through the options to make sure I didn’t accidentally tap to remove them, but the only way was if I’d tapped on each topping option that says “No [insert topping name here].” I would’ve brought this to someone’s attention but I was too hungry so I went ahead and devoured the plain cheeseburger. The patty itself wasn’t even big enough to warrant a $10 price tag, IMHO. What’s more, I had to go back inside to get a straw and some napkins. Not a good first experience at The Burger Experience.

What an absolute disgrace! I was shocked to discover that this place was actually part of Smokey Bones. I can't imagine what they have to do in order to get the food so poor quality, dried up, and cold! I ordered basic cheeseburgers and fries and EVERYTHING was smushed and cold and completely dried out. One time I regretted not just ordering from a typical Fastfood restaurant. This place should be closed down! HORRIBLE!

We spent 90$ on chicken sandwiches and this is what we received. Will never ever order from here again. I called to the restaurant and wanted to speak to the manager wouldn't come to the phone they didn't have time to talk. I ordered through Uber eats I'll get my money back I just wanted to let them know how unhappy we're with the order save your money don't order from here.

This place feels like more of a scam than a burger joint. If I could give no stars I would It’s made in Smokey Bones Restaurant by Smokey Bones employees. I will say the manager was nice and professional but the other reviews I’ve read are just like the horrible experience I had. I ordered 4 meals with 2 customized. The only thing right about the 4 meals was that it was cooked decent enough to not give me food poisoning. They got nothing right about my order. Burgers arrived with just lettuce and cheese no sauces what so ever. One burger had diced bacon that looked like bacon bits on it. The drinks were wrong and the extra $ toppings for two fries were not even there. If you want the horrible burger experience, and want to feel ripped off - this is your place. Try five guys or Wendy’s instead.

Horrible quality. Expensive. You are better off getting a burger that has been sitting for 5 days in the warmer from a fast food place. My friend ordered the cheeseburger combo. He said it was horrible and order notes were not followed. I ordered the green chili burger which came with jalapeños, not green chilis. It was not even edible. Do not waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Uber, Door dash and others needs to remove them from their services. This feels more like a scam than a real business. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. Ordered through UberEats. Terrible quality of ingredients, things missing or lacking (only like 3 mushrooms on the mushroom Swiss burger), stale tasting fries. Would highly NOT recommend.
