The Wing Experience

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries pickles. I couldn’t even eat the pickles they were soo hard and overcooked. The cheeseburger was ok. The lettuce was brown and the bacon was really tough. Won’t order from there again.

This place has slipped. Terrible carry out service. Long wait after calling it in. Not busy at all. Forgot the gravy. Waited again. Brought a tiny amount. Went back in . Continual poor service.prices are too high now. Never again!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Smokey Bones. I was told to arrive at 6:05 for a curbside pickup, but when I got there, nobody answered the phone or came outside. With my two children, one of whom was sick, I had no choice but to go inside. The hostess was incredibly rude and told me it would be an hour wait. To make matters worse, there was a DoorDash driver who had been waiting for over 45 minutes. What's even more concerning is the behavior of one of the staff members who continuously used foul language in front of my young children, dropping the F-bomb without any regard for the environment. I expected better customer service, especially in front of my children. I asked to speak to a manager, but they refused to give me a refund or have the manager come out to address the situation. This experience was beyond disappointing and unacceptable. Smokey Bones, you seriously need to improve your service and staff professionalism. Customers deserve better. I still haven’t received a refund. A police report has been filed for theft.

The pulled pork sandwich was deplorable!It had an awful taste to it! I then ordered the buffalo hot wings which were also awful!!! They were dried and overcooked wings with some awful sauce just poured over them! My experience was just terrible at this place! Definitely overpriced for what you get?

Presentation is everything, and taste is what captures it all.... unfortunately, both were missing. The soup was lukewarm and looked like it was splash in bowl, french fries cold ( asked and rec'd new order) ,and chicken was tough. By then I had enough and felt why bother ? This is not what I expected given I've been to this location, and others out of state...and the food was better. At least the server was nice ✅

Terrible food. We left after they heated up the cold food they served us. One family member got sick. Very bad ?

Attempted to eat here twice two months apart. First time, told it was an hour wait. Waited, and then the host came out saying it'd be over an hour and half because the kitchen was behind and they were understaffed. We left and so did many others who had waited. Tonight, our second attempt, we made reservations only to be told that they had only two waiters and wasn't sure when we would be seated. Host was super rude and when asked questions, would only say I have to talk to my manager and then would go on to ignore us and others up front. Not worth it!

The last time I went here was 2017. We had such a bad experience then with the service we decided to NEVER go back. Out of curiosity today, we went back for lunch. Curiosity killed the cat. When we went in, the dining room was almost empty which should’ve been a warning. We waited for a few minutes for someone to recognize we were there and be seated. Aside from the floor being sticky like a truck stop bathroom and my table being dirty when we sat down, the staff was not bad. Our waiter was nice and attentive but he was the only one in there. There wasn’t many people in there but he was waiting on everyone and working behind the bar. I got the bourbon grilled chicken lunch combo with fire roasted corn and mash potatoes. The food looked like something something from a school cafeteria. The corn was not good and tasted like it was coated in liquid smoke. And potatoes were bland. And I honestly thought the chicken was a fried egg because that’s what it looked like. My wife got the pulled chicken and her meal was comparable to mine. All in all, we regretted giving this place another shot. It definitely wasn’t worth the $30 we spent. Maybe $10. I’m honestly surprised this place is still open. Like I said, it was almost empty at lunch and the entire restaurant just had a dreary feel to it. Smoky Bones management, please fix this location or sell it so somebody else can put in a good restaurant.

Just recieved my order from uber eats. No sauce on any of my wings. No Cajun or Ranch seasonings on both fries i ordered. Fries were soggy \\u0026 cold. Boneless wings were hard \\u0026 cold. Which it souldnt be cause i got my food in less then a hour. Very dissapointed. My 1st \\u0026 last time ordering from here

I have no clue why they have such low reviews... I almost changed my mind based off of the reviews...Thank the Lord I didn't! Perfect crunchy fresh fries, chicken seasoning is in point...it was everything I was craving and the delivery driver was sweet

Absolutely horrible "experience". Wings and fries were cold and disgusting. Highly disappointed. Do not WASTE your hard earned money. Absolutely horrible.

Arrived and wasn’t really sure it was even open, maybe 3 cars out front. Should have been my first clue. Was excited to have Barbecue! Walked in to a very large seating area with about 3 tables of people. Was sat and greeted by a nice server, had a permanent smile on his face! Everything very expensive on the menu, nachos appetizer $12 without meat and $19 with meat! We didn’t get either! We had the Brisquit sandwich, $18 which came with one side, FF. There was maybe 8 pieces of cubed brisquit, On the entire sandwich, half of which was very fatty/grizzle like. I opened my sandwich because I couldn’t believe I was lying $18 for this. We each had a side salad which was great, $4 each but nice size. The salad was my highlight for the night! Nice greens with cucumbers and tomatoes. 2 soft drinks and $75 dollars later with the tip! So not worth the money. A few more people trickled In while we were there but with only 2 servers that was all they could handle. We will not be returning and hope you read this before you go! Really was In The mood for great bar-b-que but this did not make the mark!

Service was terrible. Bartender took our order and we didn’t see her again until she was carrying out our food. Salads served with entrees. Lettuce was warm and wilted from sitting under heat. Brisket was burnt and dry. I would’ve never served something that looked so terrible. Place was dead and we were the only 4 at the bar. This was probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Food was terrible.

Ordered here last night. Will NEVER order here again!! Wings were not good, fried were cold and soggy, and me and my girlfriend got FOOD POISONING!! Throwing up, diarrhea, the whole nine…we feel terrible !!
