Presentation is everything, and taste is what captures it all.... unfortunately, both were missing. The soup was lukewarm and looked like it was splash in bowl, french fries cold ( asked and rec'd new order) ,and chicken was tough. By then I had enough and felt why bother ? This is not what I expected given I've been to this location, and others out of state...and the food was better. At least the server was nice ✅

I have no clue why they have such low reviews... I almost changed my mind based off of the reviews...Thank the Lord I didn't! Perfect crunchy fresh fries, chicken seasoning is in point...it was everything I was craving and the delivery driver was sweet

I just read some of the negative reviews and I am shocked. We had a fabulous dining experience. The hostess seated us right away and we were greeted by our server, Kirsten, shortly thereafter. She was great! It was our first Smokey Bones experience but it certainly will not be our last. We got the Bone-Fire which was amazing. Delivered to our table on a little grill, there were ribs, wings, some steak, some chicken breast, sausage, grilled onions and peppers and some potato wedges....
