Great place for healthy food and smoothies. Also their smoothie bowls and snacks are good.

I've been here a couple times for their smoothie bowls, and they don't disappoint! However, my only complaint is that the bowls are relatively smaller for the price, but they are very nicely constructed and delicious. The staff aren't always the nicest, but the place itself is very clean and is a good hangout spot. The takeout bowls compared to the non-takeout bowls aren't too drastically different. I do recommend trying this place though!

I eat at this location every couple of weeks. All of the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The food is fantastic and Carol is a great owner!

Terrible experience. It was my first time there today. Felt like drinking some fresh juice since it was so hot outside. I will never go here again. It's being run by a bunch of teenagers who do not know what the hell is going on. I felt like the girl was just staring at the POS screen for like 5 minutes after she took my order. Then she tells me our boss is the only one that makes juices because everyone else ends up breaking the juicer. It's already over priced (small juice bottle for $7.99!!!!!), which I am ok paying every now and then, but on top of that add poor operations. Perfect mixture for shutting down. Owner needs to come takeover. Feeling sorry for this business.

We have been meaning to try this place and had the chance today since they are open at 10am on a Tuesday while other places in the plaza don’t open until 11 on weekdays. So since it was a weekday and they had just opened there was only one person working, the juicer wasn’t up and running yet and the steak wasn’t ready to go but we got a smoothie and chicken option instead! The lady was very nice and let us know up front that she was the only one working at the moment and there would be a wait. Since we would have to wait until 11 for other places to open anyway we decided to wait. I am glad we did! There are some cute bean bags and toys in the corner that helped entertain my toddler while waiting. Unfortunately we had just worked out for an hour and spontaneously decided to go out for brunch after so we were starving ? that was our fault though. The food was fantastic and perfect for after a workout. I am glad we finally got to try Vitality Bowls and I would go back again, I should plan ahead and bring my post workout protein shake with me though.

Ordered a salad from DoorDash. We all know how it works, I paid an obscene amount for a salad. $30 for a salad (I added steak and it was also already supposed to come with chicken). There was absolutely no protein on the salad. No additional steak OR chicken as it was supposed to come. Called and asked for a refund and they told me my only option was driving up there to get chicken and steak to put on the salad. I kindly explained that if I had wanted to drive to the store for a to-go order I would NOT have paid $30 for the dang salad. They were unreasonable and ended up hanging up on me. I have been a loyal customer for years but this is unacceptable customer service.
I was disappointed yesterday 5/11/22. We have gone here for a few years and have been very pleased but yesterday, I bought an Acai Virality Bowl and it had about 1/4 cup of Acai and the majority of the rest was the toppings. The entire bowl was half full. Had they not had customers already waiting for an hour and if I had not been almost home when I decided to look at it, I would have taken it back fir a refund. Their prices are not cheap and to receive a half serving of what I usually pay fir is not good service. I love the owner but she needs to train her staff better.

I love Vitality Bowls. I have been coming here for a year on Sunday after my workouts. Their food is fresh and made to order. However, today my wait was exceptionally long, the longest I have ever waited. We ordered a vitality wrap, salad and açaí bowl and waited 45 mins for it. We came in at 12:00 and were the only ppl in the restaurant when we ordered. More ppl started filtering in around 12:15-12:30 and got their food before us. We asked at 12:30 what the hold up was and was told we would be next in line. We did not receive our items until 12:45. I love their fresh items but I did not like the lack of communication and priority of waiting customers.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The atmosphere was nice and so was the customer service. I asked what was the best smoothie they recommended and I actually enjoyed the drink. The workers prepared my smoothie quickly and were super nice.
