Customer service was great. The grits, not so great. Very lumpy and cold. Use milk and butter in the water before adding grits. Makes them creamy. ?

I was there with my son and a few of his friends. It was more cold inside than outside. We had to go to Dairy Queens.The grits was old and clumpy. I told 3 different people noone did anything about it. Will never go back there again. No customer service whatsoever??????✌?
