I normally like coming here. This one server...no. She was rude and snippy. Didn't get my order right. Asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and pointed to the picture on the menu when she didn't hear me, saying I want it to look exactly like this picture but with cheese. She brought me over easy eggs. I ate it, and hated it, why? Because I don't waste food. I still like coming here, just not going to sit wherever she is tending to.

We had dinner at this Waffle House after a movie at NCG, the service was great and the food was hot and delicious. The store was very clean and well kept.

We walked into the restaurant..No customers in the building, half the restaurant blocked off by chairs and every open table was dirty, some with dirty plates sitting on them while three employees chatted. We turned and left. There was NO reason for it to be so filthy as there wasnt a single customer in the place.
Morning staff 100% takes the cake here. Order is always perfect and my boyfriend and I never have to beg for food. Melissa on night shift is the only reason I would ever show up again after 12pm. She was the best tonight!!! Brandon on the grill was also great and made our food perfectly :)First time at night shift tonight and the initial service sucked. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky and messy, and despite being the only two people in the restaurant we waited 5-7 minutes to even be greeted, not to mention actually getting our order taken. Server took our order on a napkin and messed up both entrees. Didn’t even come back for us to let her know our food was bad.We were here through shift change and not only did Melissa completely fix our food, she took care of us AND cleaned the entire restaurant to make up for the slackers on the previous shift. Whoever management is, be THANKFUL you have melissa!! She saved your night shift!!

Love this location. Food is always fresh and hot and the restaurant is very clean!! Can't say that for all WH locations. Dad and I always order breakfast here and the eggs are cooked just right and the grits are perfect!!

54&74 Waffle may be the best in Georgia. Always made prompt and to spec. Had a wonderful breakfast/dinner there on 12/10/23. Keep being awesome Sarah!!!Kid-friendliness: Sarah, our waiter waiter was absolutely great with the kids at their booth! Waiters like her are the reason why I enjoy going out to eat. Tip well folks!Wheelchair accessibility: My friends daughter had easy access in and out of the restaurant and to her seating no problem with her wheelchair
