I like the Waffle House, but this location has one of the worst waitresses I have ever had. Morgan is rude and acts like she is doing you a favor to take your order. I will find a new location as long as she works there.

Today, I decided to go to this location because it was closer to my job. I called, and an automated system stated that we no longer take orders over the phone, and to place an order go on the website to place a to-go order. Initially, I was hesitant, but I told my coworker there was no way they could mess up the order. It was simple. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, but there was no cheese ( cheese is an extra $1.15). Additional butter for the grits: there was no butter at all. The preparer didn't toast the toast; just cut it in half with butter slapped on one side. The waffle was the only item acceptable, but barely. I was so disgusted and upset I threw the order away. I wanted to go back after work to get my money back or to let them redo the order if it was an option, but I thought a review would be better. I looked at the reviews and saw they get bad reviews every other day. When I glanced inside the bag, the waffle was on top of everything. I didn't have the time to take each plate out individually (I had to return to work), but I wish I had. The lovely young lady told me everything was in the bag and correct. She assured me because she knew that I was in a rush (she could tell). When I returned to work to eat, I was highly disappointed. I would love to have the tip I gave back!! I see why the parking lot is always empty.

I usually like this Waffle House, but they have their phone system now where you can’t talk to someone about your order. 1). We couldn’t add extra items like we wanted. 2) The made the order we did place incorrectly and there is no way to get in touch without them about it with driving back. I went to the website to send and email. When you click “contact us” it just says call the store which again has no option to speak with anyone. It’s just annoying.
