Single no cheese was awful. Onions and pickles were old and tough. Fries were cold and nit good. Went today Feb 23 2925 around 12:30pm. Drive thru was quick, but food was not good at all. Won't go back.

First time in a long time I went IN to order, 15 minutes to get my order taken. Only 3 people in font of me, got order in less than 2 minutes and it was correct.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only possible issue is the parking is across from the entrance, you have to cross drive through access.

Is there an adult working there?!? This place needs some better supervision. Continually forgetting things for my order. Gave me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke Zero. Teenage girls messing around dancing and talking. Where is the management. I can’t come back here.

Doublestack was COLD. Nuggets and fries were decent. Sweet tea was from the fountain; had I known that I would've ordered a coke or something else. Something told me to pick a different location. The ones in Newnan are so much better.

It’s fast food, it’s descent and for the most part given in a timely manner. I think once they forgot part of my order and since I left in a rush I also didn’t catch it till I was too far to return and have them corrected the issue. Always like the offers that are given daily, so it’s a good deal for the buck to satisfy some of the hunger when on the run.

I stopped in 10/17/24 for a baked potato and chili. Once again they had no baked potatoes. I ordered a. Large chilli and fries. This place is usually spot on. But I was highly disappointed. No baked potatoes, the fries were tough and just room temperature warm. The chili had no beef, it also had white beans in it and tasted like bbq sauce. The people were very nice. But please explain the chili being nasty and not Wendy’s recipe?

The frosty was runny, took 10 minutes to get our 2 person meal, Coke tasted weird, fries were room-temp, didn’t know how to redeem a $1.99 kids meal and took 10 minutes to get a manager, over spiced chili, no mean in chili, and beans weren’t cooked, tasted raw. and just overall a bad experience.
I love it when management treat you with respect and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Great hospitality, clean atmosphere, and awesome food. Thank you PTC Wendy's for your awesome effort and keep up the good work!

I just did a mobile app always do one all the time breakfast or lunch never had a problem until today. My sausage was cold. The cheese have not melted it. I call The Man was very nice. The team member, but it was a young lady in the back , talking very loud, and said to the young man put Miss who ur name was on the phone .she very rude and snobby I just hung up and told her thank you have a nice day will not be ordering here no more he was willing to solve the problem and give me another one, but the manager need more training. I’ve been a manager for a fast food restaurant for several years ago and that’s not the way we talk to customers…
