I arrive to pick up my DoorDash on Monday 3-17-25 at 10:21 pm . I walked in and told the young gentleman the two order names I was there for and his response while wiping off a table was “ you don’t see what I’m doing ?”… with that type of service, you’re about to be doing DoorDash with me !!

I’ve never had problems in the past. This is the only first offense, this foul lady although she was not rude. She did however take 2 orders me and my beloved friend. Proceed to reread the orders outloud to us and yet still got it wrong. And asked twice about what we had. Not Inly did she mess up our food she also while in the process of making our food dropped someone’s food then licked and I say licked her finger with no gloves in sight on any worker in the building I just have to say that I am very disappointed in my wing stop I put a lot of trust in them when it comes to my wings and they have failed me tremendously today

The lady working there today on sept 15 2024 this girllll dropped ranch on the counter she licked her finger to eat the ranch then ate a fry girl get outttt ….i’m starving by the way still waiting she was the only girl there

I had stopped ordering from this Wing Stop due to poor customer service and changes in food preparation. However, I decided to give it another chance to see if my experience would improve. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Molly. She was incredibly polite, efficient, and patient throughout my entire visit. Molly took the time to ensure my meal was packaged perfectly, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. In a time where exceptional customer service is rare, Molly truly stands out as a beacon of pleasantness and respect. Thank you, Molly, for making my experience wonderful and restoring my faith in this Wing Stop location!

I thought the wings were really good. Ordered them extra crispy and they were. We got a 50 piece split inot hot honey rub, hod, paremesian and lemon pepper. The fact that they didn't stick them in styrofoam containers was a pleasant surprise. Kept the texture and heat of the wings. My only knock is blue cheese does not come with the 50 piece without paying extra. For spending 50 bucks, I think that could be included.

Walk in order placed at 4:16 at 4:47 my ordered still had not even been dropped in the grease. Cashier tells me then I have two orders ahead of me. I refused to wait any longer. I asked for a refund immediately. Whomever cashier is on phone with she's letting them know that I'm requesting a refund. The crew member who took my order would put her phone down and take the air pods out her ear maybe, just maybe things could get done in a timely manner. Knowing how to multitask is key. Customers leaving trash on the table because there is no trash can in sight. The floor was nasty, the tables were sticky. The soda machine only had zero sugar and diet drinks. It is pathetic how the level of customer service is non-existent. Air pods she be banned when you are working!!!

Is everything changing when it comes to eating out? Prices are increasing, and now they are charging a price but giving smaller cups. I ordered a 10 piece combo that comes with a drink. The staff tried to give me a small foam cup and tell me it was a 20oz. No, sir, that's not correct. Please watch the cups sizing. We deserve what we pay for. The fries were soggy and not crispy. I am keeping my fingers crossed that wings were fully cooked. This used to be a good location. Back to the other location.
