Your Table! Your Chef!

Chef Ian has delighted our guests and us many times on Cape San Blas. A variety of menu options, executed to perfection! He handles large or small groups with ease and we look forward to enjoying his creativity again soon!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication with Chef Ian for planning and booking our dinner was easy and informative. He answered all of our questions promptly. Conversation during our dinner was delightful and the food was amazingly delicious! He even included our 2 beagles per our request and cooked for them as well. Would highly recommend!

Chef Ian truly gives his all. Once again we enjoyed every single bite of our meal. He never disappoints and the experience is truly rememberable

I have extreme allergies and it was perfect for us. No cross contamination. It was wonderful to be able to just relax have conversation and not worry about trying to talk over people. The food was phenomenal. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

We have loved having Chef Ian prepare and serve amazing meals on two occasions. Highly recommend! The crab cakes are the best we’ve ever had! I dream about them, don’t miss adding those to the menu anytime you have the good fortune to have him cook for you!

This was an awesome experience. Chef Ian was fabulous! His communication ahead of our dinner was perfect. Everything was just as promised. The 4 course dinner was delicious. The presentation of each course and table setting was well beyond our expectations. We will be a repeat customer. He took care with every detail.

A five star experience from a five star chef. The meal was exceptional! The entire family enjoyed their thyme with Chef Ian. His great personality brought the dinner to life. We loved hearing about all of the details that went into our meal. This is a must do!

His level of professionalism for the craft, quality of ingredients and food, along with his ability to create a unique menu based both the my tastes and his recommendations are immeasurable.Chef Ian’s personality is very down to earth. Initially, I had lots of questions and concerns, he was so patient with me. He listened and exceeded all my expectations. He arrived at the scheduled time. The china and table setting was beautiful. The meal was prepared and served at the designated time. The kitchen was throughly cleaned… And OH!! The meal was the BEST EVER!!THANK YOU! CHEF IAN WILLIAMS. I can’t wait until the next time!
