Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Service was good this time but soda tastes like dirt. Machine hasn't been cleaned or something is wrong.

If I could give a 0 I would. We love Zaxbys, but typically eat at a different location in Fayetteville with excellent Service. I usually use the app and ordered my food at 2:57 today. I arrived at the restaurant and once I got.to the drive thru they said my food was not ready and to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out. I watches numerous cars pull up and wait for their food after me and recieve it. As I sat patiently in my car with my window down looking for my food, the ignorance of the staff was apparent I was being ignored. After another 20 minutes, fed up alI went I side and my food is just sitting there. They claimed they didn't know I was there but my food was prepared and I had announced myself in the drive thru and followed their instructions. The food sat for over 20 minutes and all I got was sorry.....my food was cold, soggy and after spending my hard earned money, I will never return to this location!!!!

This is the slowest Zaxbys I have ever been to and i have been here several times. Each visit is the same. The drive through only takes one order at a time and waits for that one car to leave before taking the next order. The cashiers never seem to repeat the order back correctly and then you have to wait on your food. Other Zaxbys are always much faster and more knowledgeable and well trained. Wish there were more zaxbys on my way home.

Make sure you fill up you gas tank before you drive through, it takes so long you’ll run out of gas.

The SLOWEST Zaxbys around. You will wait 20 to 40 minutes for food even if there are only a few people there. Seven out of ten times you can count on your order being wrong. You will have a better chance going across the street to Chic Fil A or down the road 5 minutes to the Zaxbys located at 2793 Highway, 54 GA-54. I hate giving bad reviews and complaining, but this Zaxbys is a joke and corporate should investigate.

Tanisha G., so rude for what? I can barely hear that mopey voice with an attitude.The chicken comes out like it has been sitting for hours and bread is so stale it’s chewy. Fries are like they’ve been sitting in a mop bucket with how soggy they are.

All these years we thought my dad walked out on us but it turns out he’s just been waiting in the drive thru line at this Zaxbys!

Waited 18 minutes after placing my order and then went inside asking for my money back. Someone gave me a receipt saying "refund" but when I checked my bank statements, they actually charged me twice. $42 for zero food. Having to deal with bank now to get my money back.

The slowest drive thru. 30 minutes. Shouldn’t have waited but when others are waiting for specifics. This is FAST food. Not a restaurant. Do better.
