I came here on my lunch hour. Waited 30 mins to order my food and left.

I am beyond mad. I bought a zac pack. 30 boneless wings. I ordered 10 lemon pepper, 10 nuclear, 10 tounge torch. I get home and check it. They didnt give me lemon pepper they gave me some sweet sauce. I specifically got zaxbys to try their lemon pepper. Also they must have given me all left over food from lunch. All my bread was burnt & cold & hard as a rock. My fries were ice cold and taste stale & the wings tasted old also and they barley even put any sauce on them. You could still see bare chicken on most of them. This location is HORRIBLE.

$17.59 + tax for 10 traditional wings is ridiculously expensive, and really, they were just ok as far as taste. Never again will I go here.
At least there were no feathers still attached.

This Zaxby's in particular tends to give out fries that have sat way too long and are unseasoned. Their coke machines are either out of flavors or out of carbonation. You can maybe get the flavor you want, but there will be zero fizz. I've also been there three times in the last few weeks and I've never seen the napkin dispenser stocked.
Their bone-in wings are also tiny. I suspect they are pigeon wings but I can't be sure. That's likely a corporate decision though.

Just avoid. Woefully understaffed. Those who are working there don't want to be and they make sure you are aware. Food was average at best. At their prices there are a lot better choices not far away.

Mandy/Amanda P has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in my life. We were missing fires, the loaded fries were overcooked and dry and with barely any sauce but hey, some free unexpected lettuce was found in the loaded fries! Absolutely no sauce packets were offered with the combos and Mandy charges 25 cents per sauce.

Got the Cobb salad. Lettuce was brown. This is the second time that's happened. Why would the person preparing the salad not throw the brown lettuce away???
Ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate, came with 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken fingers I’ve ever seen and missing 2 as well as being extremely over cooked. Whoever did my order is either extremely incompetent or hasn’t been trained in the slightest, or they’re sadists. I love zaxby’s and all but I feel genuinely robbed. Drink machine is excessively carbonated water based even if you run it for a second before you fill up your cup. Please do better.

“The Zaxby’s Letdown: A Culinary Tragedy”
In a world where hunger reigns supreme and families seek solace in the promise of golden tenders, crispy fries, and mouthwatering sauces, one family dared to dream. They journeyed to Zaxby’s, armed with the hope of a feast that would unite hearts and fill bellies. But what they encountered was a tale of heartbreak, disappointment, and squandered potential.
It all began with a $90 order, a king’s ransom paid for a banquet of fried delights. But as the family unwrapped their treasures, the truth hit like a plot twist no one saw coming: cold food, as lifeless as a villain’s stare, robbed of the warmth and joy it was meant to deliver. The fries, once imagined as crisp and golden, sat limp and uninspired. The tenders? A shadow of their former selves—barely lukewarm, robbed of the crunch that legends are made of.
Yet the tragedy did not end there. The service, a key player in this cinematic disaster, was an antagonist of epic proportions. Eyes rolled, patience was tested, and kindness was nowhere to be found. It was as if each employee had been cast in a role they resented, delivering lines of apathy and disdain. No hero emerged to save the day, no triumphant manager to redeem the experience.
As the credits rolled on this ill-fated meal, the family sat in silence, reflecting on a journey that could have been magnificent but was instead a cautionary tale. $90 worth of food, served cold, without care or conviction.
Verdict: A one-star experience with all the drama but none of the satisfaction. Would this family return? Only time—and the hope of a sequel with better service—will tell.

The atmosphere here is fine just the same as every other location. Everytime I use the drive thru its ridiculously long wait. The staff not overly friendly at all at this location. The bathrooms smelled stale and gross. I am don't trying to give this location the benefit of a doubt. The portions for the kids meals sucks. 8$ a pop for a kid meal and hardly any fries at all. On more than one occasion I ask for more seasoning on the fries and it gets added to the orders not mentioned.

This location is the slowest. Tonight ordered through Uber eats because didn't want to go out with a sick kid. Didn't include that apple juice for the kids meal. The chicken bacon cheese fries....let's say didnt see any bacon and very little cheese.
