We ordered online at 12:00am 15 wings 5 tenders and wedges

The heavyset lightskin girl that I’m assuming is the manager was sitting on her phone when we walked in and said they were closed when we walk in at 12:35, online it says 1am. We said we already ordered and she told us the kitchen “probably didn’t make it” and I said “can you check?” She goes in the kitchen and gets it of course.

Hands me the bag and doesn’t say anything and walks off. The food is wrong and they forgot the 4 ranches

So either she lied to keep my food or doesn’t care at all about doing her job. I don’t know what’s worst

My friend and I come here from time to time before we visit the movie theater next door.
We typically sit at the bar and usually, there is a lady that works behind the bar, she is nice.
Yesterday she wasn’t there and some rude guy was there instead. No welcome from him, just plain attitude. He was treating all the other customers like that too. It wasn’t really all that busy so I just didn’t understand it. 0% customer service. I own my own restaurant so I am really understanding of situations, but this server was just not it!
Food was okay, it took some time to come out but we are used to it.

The food was good but I ordered honey bbq and they brought hot bbq a la masa after I said I wanted 6 honey bbq and it took approximately 30 more minutes then I ordered 1 drink and they never brought it after we asked for the check and I was cleaning almost on top of my family simply a shitty experience I don't recommend this place at all

Fast clean good service

This is my FIRST time ever coming to this location & I must say, it was pretty awful. I made it inside around 9:40pm tonight. I didn't get my order taken and finished until 9:49pm. No issues there really. I ask how long it'll take, the young lady told me 10mins. About 15...20 mins into waiting, the young lady comes to tell me that they just dropped a bunch of wings so their backed up. The funny thing is, my entire order had NO wings on it. So I was lost as to why THAT would be slowing up my order. So I continue to wait. They place had all of 15 people in there. So busy it was not. I look up at the time & it's 10:29. Having to wait 40mins with an empty lobby is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. So I asked one of the ladies that's sitting down with 4 other employees that weren't working for a refund. She seemed to have an attitude that I asked for one. As if she was the one waiting for 40 mins on her food. It was a pretty terrible experience and now I know why they have so many 1 star reviews. I wouldn't recommend coming here while they're busy and CLEARLY while they're not so busy either. 0 stars if I could.

This place is a clown show. It's almost empty but everyone is standing around waiting, canceling their orders after waiting 45+ mins. Employees are just sitting around looking at people standing in the front waiting to be seated for 10+ minutes. Honestly just shut this place down, it's done lmao.

We had a disappointing experience at this location. The wings were cold, the chips and salsa were stale, and the chocolate cake was dry. Despite polite service and a quick replacement of the wings, the overall food quality was much worse than at the Alpharetta location. We won’t be returning.

Our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. To begin with, it took over 20 minutes for anyone to even greet us. We understand it was busy, but we couldn’t help but notice several staff members standing around, not busy at all. The server told us it was okay to have all drums, but then the manager came over to scold us about it, which made the situation even worse.

The nachos were terrible—basically just chips with hardly any toppings. When we asked for salsa, they brought us marinara sauce instead. To top it off, half of our order never arrived, and we were afraid to even speak up because it seemed like no one cared to check on us.

Both my mother and I have worked in service before, so we are usually very patient, but this was unacceptable. The final straw was when we found literal trash in my mother’s cup of water. We didn’t notice it until she was already halfway through drinking, and when we brought it to the manager’s attention, nothing was done about it.

This was a filthy, poorly managed location with terrible service. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Did not responded and acted like we are lying. I see similar review 5 days ago...

I place and order online, and it's missing 10 wings/carrots and salary as well as 1 side of French fries and all of the sauces that come with the food. I spoke to the manager over the phone, and he said, "Come back, we will make it right. I go back and get the things I was initially missing from the night before, and the new order is still missing an item." I think this place needs a real visit from GDPH. On my end, I lost x2 Gas/time/Money.
